For something without investment it's def content creation on different platforms, such as making cute girl vids for YT and adding links to the dating sites (from some dating aff network) (check out YT dating methods), generally dating is applicable when it comes to low-investments approachs.
And man, if you mean no investment in monetary sense bear in mind that it will take twice the time to actually profit.

You should 100% focus on learning to generate traffic. Once you can generate traffic, you can replicate this in any niche and make bank.
TikTok is the easiest place to generate large traffic with the most minor learning curve.
