How do I Send Email Notifications to my YouTube Subscribers?

Hi guys,

So, I am almost at 100k subscribers on my YouTube channel. How do I send them email alerts when I publish a video?

I know it's possible, as I am subscribed to a channel and every time he publishes a video, I get an email alert.

I have of course Googled it, but all the methods i can see seem to be old and outdated.
