Hi all !

In an earlier post i shared with you all that I have a large, authoritative forum website in my country. it gets around 40K page views per day, and the topics are very broad.

Someone inquired me about buying about 30 SEO articles with do follow link from me to their client site (they are a middle man SEO firm), and I was thinking about setting up a subdomain, directing a few links from my site to it, and from the subdomain, posting the SEO articles to his clients.

Is it possible to do? How can I do it without getting a penalty? and how can I pass as little link juice as I can?

Thanks ahead :)

Yes, I saw big brands websites who create subdomains like "coupons".... and have no issue. I think you will be fine, but do not publish all 30 articles in the same time.

Will it pass less link juice if I redirect lets say 2 links to the subdomain, and then from the subdomain to the client?

Do not do that. Why you should want to "pass as little link juice" as you can? You want to pass as much link juice you can so they rank better and come back for more - this is NOT going to hurt your rankings in any way, in fact outgoing links helps you rank higher (a tiny bit, but still). Just create a blog and post the articles there and you are all set. If your website is non English you can do practically whatever shit you want and wont get penalized so dont sweat about it.
