How Do I Save Sent Messages Automatically

I've been trying to figure this out for a while. Is there an option in my CP settings that automatically save my sent PMs or do I have to go to advanced, then checkmark that option? I can't seem to find any place to change settings.

What?! Are you two serious? Click on "usercp" then "list messages" in the PM menu, then find the drop down menu in the center of the screen, select "sent items" and click "go". There are all of the PMs that you have sent.

We're talking about the option to automatically save sent messages so we don't have to click it each time.

Oh, sorry. I was like "what?! They auto save" OP should elaborate maybe so there is no confusion.
