Alright, so I am thinking of leaving one membership site, but I want to have all the info and goodies that is on there, so I thought maybe there is some sort of tool or a ripper that could download everything from the site?

Thanks

HTTrack Website Copier - Offline Browser. Downloads EVERY thing from a selected website, but takes some time to setup it wright

Actually Chris, HTTrack has this nasty habit of not ripping image files/not changing links.

Try Website Ripper/Copier

I've included both in this upload-enjoy =]

Code:
hxxp://r@[email protected]/files/150229912/Site_Rippers.rar.html

WIN HTTrack has always worked for me. I didn't have to set anything up.

There is however another method that doesn't need a application, which makes it a lot easier. Although it may not work perfectly depending on what needs to be copied, but if all you need is text/pics/design, then:

RIGHT CLICK>SAVE PAGE AS...

thats it.

may or may not be a stupid question but ima ask anyway. I am looking to rip a site that has formulas for real estate in which the program is in flash. Would I be able to rip it for the code so I can use it for another purpose on my site?

I am not interested in the information but the putting together raw formulas for this math is driving me crazy and this guy has his set up so it would be convenient to get the code with formulas or script that I can do it. Is this at all possible? thanks community

It rips everything with no problem as long as you set it up right. Believe me. I use it always. When it doesn't get something from the website its the problem in the project setup. I know that is not the easiest program for website riping, but I'm addicted to it, and to be honest other programs just confuse me

Yeah, but the thing is there are lots of sections on a site, forums and such...so I can not just go around downloading the countless seperate pages. I need it to download all the subpages of the site, too. I will try the programs you listed, thx.

I've used Winwebcrawler in the past, has pulled everything from the site - creates an entire replica locally.

I used Web Site Extractor. I didn't give it a full test drive as I just needed to download images and not full pages. Grabbed the images successfully though, around 10,000 of them through sub-folders.

There was a free trial available when I needed it, or torrents should offer you a permanent free trial :p
