    Hi All,

I have tried searching for the answer on Google but not found any up to date information.

I'm not new to SEO or ranking high comp. keywords but only have experience targeting English speaking countries.

I'm looking to venture out in to the high paying CPA offers for countries such as France, Germany and Switzerland.

What really works in 2016 (apart from content written in the language)?

Does country specific domain extension, local hosting, local backlinks have any effect?

Nothing too complicated - do all of the things you'd do for an English website, but in the specific language. Content in that language, outreach and backlinking as well. Maintaining high relevancy in this case means getting backlinks from local sites, social media should be handled in that language as well, imo. Regarding hosting - I'm not that sure, it may not be such a big factor, TLD may depend on how brand-oriented your site is. For the last two things, maybe some more experienced people around here could give their opinions.
