To me it looks like they setup up a script on their website to insert an iframe or something with google ads on top of the video when it stops.

I would take it a step further and embed my banner into the video itself, so that anyone hosting the videos (like youtube) would be displaying them to my viewers for them to click on:

Here's how I would do it:

Download the image of the CPA or banner ad that you want to run.

Take your video and import it into Camtasia Studio.

Move the pointer to the last few seconds of the timeline.

Now insert a callout by clicking the "callouts" in the left side panel.

Click the green plus sign to add a callout.

Click the "Custom Callouts" button and select the image of your CPA or affiliate advertisement & click OK.

Select the custom callout from the "Type" dropdown box.

Now select the "Make Flash Hotspot" Checkbox

Select the "Jump to URL" radio button

Paste in your Affiliate URL & click OK

Click "Finish" to go back to the main timeline

Position & size your callout as desired in the preview area.

Make sure that the callout is expanded all the way to the end of the video in your timeline. If not then drag & expand.

Publish your video & upload it.

You now have an active clickable Ad banner in your video.

    Hi Scotty,

Yes, I'm pretty sure it will work as an swf, flv, or mp4 when publishing via Camtasia. :)

You can't upload vids with clickable ads to youtube.

Just insert a titleclip or callout via camtasia in your timeline. It will be permanently place in your video.

    Cheers.
