Hello,

I want to buy gold for world of warcraft and I have a question, if I send the money to the seller and he doesnt give me back the gold - how can I get money back??

AND IS IT possible that I send him the funds from fake paypal account? I dont want him to see my real name and country :)

Also I will send him the funds via "gift" option

Also do I need to change my ip with private proxy to open dispute or I can use my real ip ?

If you send via gift, you cannot open a dispute.

If you pay with a credit card rather than direct from your Paypal account and you do not receive what is agreed you can contact your credit card company and request a charge back. Which Paypal is legally bound to process. However if you use your Paypal balance / debit card, Paypal does not usually honour refunds for digital purchases see https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#13

If you used to send money gift option there will be no option to get back..

Where if u are paying for any service or product you should have providers invoice to pay then only it will be easier to you if you have issue .

To taking dispute not a big matter to cheaters .. So go back to your card provider company make compliant on transaction then it could be easy to get money back..

Always use a credit card for virtual goods like this.

If it goes wrong you can always call your card company and they will 99% of the time give you your money back

ok thanks for answer guys but I should contact credit company or just my bank is enough? I have visa card so I should call to visa??

If there is not a problem and you get what you paid for then contact no one.

But if you do not get what you paid for contact whoever provides your customer service. Sometimes that is the bank and other times it is the credit card company. It depends on how the card was issued.
