How do i 'oblige' someone to do a signup in order to access a link?

Hi all,

im pretty new to this place but i can see that the community seems amazing.

I think i read bout it someone, lets say you have a link going to the website A but you want them to compelte B offer so you give them the website C so they have to complete B in order to see A.
