How Do I Monetize My Site?

Its about 3 months old
Sports Betting Tips niche (a specific market in the tipster business - not general tips)
It is 7th on Google for my main keyword of 9,900 monthly searches
Gets about 200-300 visitors daily
Have got about 65 email subscribers (only 1 subscriber has ever unsubscribed)

I get a few paying tips subscribers here and then. Way below what i should. My tips are so good i should be getting more subscribers i suppose.

How can I monetize the site more?
How can I grow my email list more?

I don't know anything about the niche, so don't know if that's a ridiculous question or not.

But then again - if I had a burning desire to learn more, and the guy seemed legit, I'd pay a few bucks to get a quick guide or mastery class or some bullshit.

Could you make maybe one or two tips a day/week free then have a members only section with the rest of the tips. If the tips are good and people win a couple of times on the free tips there be more than willing to oay
