So I have a good stream of low quality adult traffic, mostly US and India. I would like to know what my best options are to turn it into money that doesn't come back at me to kick me out of the network...

In this case low quality means that the traffic converts fine, they will sign up with their email etc. But basically they will never spend a dime..

Most networks won't need low quality traffic. It doesn't convert, simple as that ... you can try send the traffic to dating CPA offers where they pay a few dollars per free sign up or something.

there is no such thing as "low quality traffic" just untargeted traffic

My idea of low quality traffic is their little eagerness or capability to spend money. People looking for freebies or people actually looking to spend money in my opinion makes the difference between low quality and high quality.

Simple answer. Signup with many networks as many as you can and send traffic to all of them. As long as you not send too many traffic to one network you're fine.

try out as many networks as you can. And by the way, how you are so sure about "they are low quality traffic?"..its hard to make a conclusion like this. I would rather believe in those people and they would convert..if not today...for sure tomorrow!
