How do I make one of those viral quizzes

One where the answers get validated immediately...
I know almost nothing about coding... Is there any software that can create quizzes like this?...

Search the forum for poll factory, a member of the forum owns that, that looks like a good script, is similar to quiz but with polls.

No..I don't believe poll factory would work for this...Its an awesome program but not for this. Any other members know what might work?
