I'm trying to find a way to login to my wordpress blog when I'm at
some internet cafes my web host issues free SSL certificates.

My host is not helping much & is saying I have to edit my wp-config.php
and gave me this wordpress address to do it, isn't there an easier way.

Yes, just purchase a VPN make sure it's OpenVPN encryption, it's more secure. You could get away with using a PPTP Windows VPN, which is a lot easier to setup. This way your packets are tunnelled and safe.

Note: There are hundreds of VPNs that are free, I just tend to use https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/ because they do not keep logs. I highly recommend them, they have a client that makes connecting to all their servers REALLY easy. For a whole year they charge something like $35 I believe.

Note 2: It's great for cafes or schools that block lots of apps or ports. I just connect through a different TCP port in my school and I'm able to use apps and extra bandwidth for my games.
