Go to privacy setting

there is an option to hide your activity, profile posts and last seen info

I think its just for connected account identities.. like linked profiles or login accounts Its not related to hiding your activity or posts

For doing that you can go to Privacy
https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/privacy
Go down and find the option :
View your details on your profile page
Then change it to Nobody.
Done.
This will block the access to your profile from others members but not from moderators and admins.
