I have a friend in the BBW niche with nearly 100,000 followers (lots of men). She is not monetizing the page, which is a missed opportunity. I have offered to help her but have no idea what type of service or product to offer this niche or how to market on IG. My experience is running FB fan pages, I know very little about IG. Any ideas will be highly appreciated.

Are the men mostly black or ? What is the percentage of men and women? I think you can sell some makeup or beauty products for the women followers that are good for aferican American as they have very different skin and may be some beard oil and razor pumps products for men as they too buy these specific products.
May be some sexy tight lingeries..

I have been promoting BBW sites on Reddit for some time. If the fetish has a niche, the better. It's easy to find posts on Reddit by keyword BBW. Often times the posts are about men trying to meet fuckbuddies, where they explain what they're looking for in women.
Comment on those posts by saying something like: I'm sure you'll find a BBW of your dreams at WEBSITE

No, seriously, join adult affiliate programs, register on CPA networks like Crakrevenue and try to find offers for the niche specifically. It can be membership sites, hookups, dating, cams too.

Just be aware that Instagram doesn't support the adult niche, so the account can be gone, if it's caught promoting adult related stuff.

But OP's asking for monetization ideas of an existing social media property. The traffic is there already.
 
I would use an affiliate network that have dating offers, or even have a membership website.
 
Is the person running this account a BBW? You could have her advertise that she is willing to make videos for clients. A lot of people would pay money for various fetishes regarding BBW's. Even something as simple as a video of her eating or stepping on food (I'm serious!). Video chat sessions are another idea. This would all be pretty tricky due to Instagram's stance on adult content.

Yes she is a large lady and she currently uploads pics of herself. I will suggest if she is willing to make videos but without the adult content. I don't want her to get banned.

If I remember correctly, they have an affiliate program that provides you with a lot of content as well.
