how do I make money with a call center?

Fellow Blackhatters, I need your input. My brother runs a small call center which markets phone cards for Filipinos living in the U.S. The phone cards are used to make cheap calls from the U.S to the Philippines. How do I take advantage of his call center? Aside from the obvious that you can use it for telemarketing. Can I use it for CPA offers? Affiliate offers? Any sugguestion are welcome, no matter how outrageous.
