How do I get my own youtube videos a lot of views?

So, basically I'm a choreographer and I make routines to songs and post them on YT. I wanted to know how can I get my videos to go viral, or even just like 100k views. I don't want use bot-services or basically pay for anything. I've tried vagex in the past, but it's really slow. Right now, I'm posting the video url on Facebook fanpages, but that's about it. Any ideas or methods?

Well try contacting facebook pages owners that are in your niche with big fanbase and tell them to post your video to the page.

You should do offline marketing for your routines. Go to your local ballerina association and give them a passionate perfomance. Give them your business card with links and try to convince them to share your video.
 
You have to show your boobs in the thumbnall.
 
Well, add relevant titles and descriptions, respond to comments, add friends on youtube.
Try to find the channels that provide the same videos (or at least if they have the same target as yours) and watch what they do for promotion. You also need to engage social aspect as well.
But the best thing to get the video viral is to make it fun, useful, surprising and unique. You can also watch popular viral videos to find out what was their, you know, THING. The most popular viral videos got their popularity without special promotion, just because people shared them. So make your videos sharable, so people will distribute it among friends.
Very often viral videos got promoted through some digital agencies or famous digital people that noticed potential viral content and shared them through their web accounts. Try to inform these people about your channel, they are likely to mention you on facebook or twitter.
 
Idk how your videos looks, but i think first you should try to make them look pro. In your niche what makes the diff. is how you present yourself.
 
There is no sure way to make your video go viral but you can try by paving way using this
and others:

1. Distribute your video to video sharing sites.
2. Social networking
3. Embedding your video on top traffic sites especially the ones related to your video content.
4. Create a personal site, add your video to it and rank your site for several keywords.
5. Buy real views, necessary to fast track the system and drive traffic from YouTube.
 
Either follow sureshpeters, or do what iulianh said. I prefer the second method, as it drives a real audience.
