So I ordered a bamboo online at the start of August. Invoice came in on the 15th. The site says that it deliveries within Canada 9 business days. It is the end of September and I still didn't get anything. I emailed them twice already (and attached my invoice). still no email from them. Can I go to my bank and somehow get that money back? Because.. if the plant arrives, it is probobly yellow already (2 months without water?) + if its not dead.. how can I seed it? Its already cold so its useless for me.
