How do I get my first few paid subscribers for AI Instagram Models?

HEY! Let me say this bro because I was reading through the comments on the last two pages and since it's too many posts since the last time I made one, I'm not going to respond individually like I usually do because I did want to address something.

For these fucking clowns on here that keep criticizing not only me, @justmeseo, and other content creators whenever we show our AI models, where is your work at? If you're such an expert in this field and have these realistic AI models, please share them. I thought @justmeseo did a fine job on his model as that's about as real as you're going to get, I think his generations look better than mines, personally. BTW @justmeseo I'll respond to your DM later as I was busy most of this week.

Going forward from page 9 on out, if you're not showing any evidence that you actually generate your models and have them hosted somewhere then I have to assume you're on complete bullshit and you're not a part of this industry. I have been showing evidence of my work throughout this entire thread. I'm being honest about my journey here, and not faking the funk.

If you can't show us screenshots or images of your model, no links to your socials, or membership pages, or any proof that you're truly earning off of your model, then you're not really in this industry and are a damn liar just like that one jackass a few pages ago who claimed he was making $10k from AI models, and when it was time to show proof he ran away like a scared bitch.

Either show us evidence that your model actually exists, or you're not in this industry.

Anyways, for the one who was asking why I would hire models to do my videos, that's because it's the only way until we have fully AI generated longer formed videos, that we can actually can own our videos. Like I post some of my deepfakes to YouTube to keep things safe with YT and monetizing the videos as I can't use stolen or reused content. It's also just good to have your own videos that you own in general to avoid any legal trouble in the future. It doesn't matter what way you hire the girls, whether it's in person off the street, or online, they're all pilot models that we can use to deepfake our models' faces before swapping them out. It's 2024, so hiring the girls is much easier for most people than getting caught up with pimps on the street and getting your ass beat for not paying them. Prostitutes are pretty expensive too. LOL! I can hire a girl from overseas to do this job for $20-40 bucks instead of $200 to some slut on the street with a criminal as her handler. I got a lot of experience with hiring girls online anyways, so I'm sticking to that method.

UPDATE: I just got my 3rd paid sub on Patreon last night, and he's been very engaging to my content thus far here, so he's been the customer that I've been looking for here. My first paid sub is due to pay next week, so we'll see if he sticks around, or not.

There were some doubters earlier about if I could get any money from this and so far Blair is a success in my book. I remember back in January thinking that I wouldn't get one paid sub ever, and I've gotten 3 of them.

This is why I blew up a little bit earlier because I was getting tired of dudes who don't have models of their own criticizing our work because the only opinion that matters are the simps themselves and my model can't be that unrealistic if she's gotten 3 paid subs up to this point and over 1,000 followers on IG. Not botted btw, all organic traffic. Another $50 made on YouTube in ad-revenue using a deepfake on my video.

For those of you inspiring to get into this just do it, or get it going and fuck the doubters who want to keep you from doing this as they're clowns like I said before. If they don't actually got content and evidence of earning then don't listen to them.

I made a couple of deepfake videos in the past week that turned out pretty good to me, as I recreated some designer jean commercials for my girls:

Your venture into AI model influencers and the creative approach towards building a unique online presence is truly fascinating! Starting with Instagram and exploring Reddit for organic growth shows a smart, multi-platform strategy.

The key to your first few subscribers might lie in continuously refining your content to meet the interests of your growing audience and leveraging every piece of organic engagement you receive.

Considering partnerships or collaborations with other creators (even those not directly in your niche) could also open up avenues for cross-promotion. Since you're open to sharing revenue, this might attract collaborators willing to contribute their expertise or audience for mutual benefit.

Your innovative approach is bound to catch more attention as you refine your strategies. Good luck, and I hope to see your model agency thrive!

Blair is really pretty don't let the bad stuff people say get to you. I have a lot to learn and all of y'all here are inspirational

Congrats, man. Nice work.

F the haters.

I think the freckles will be hard to replicate consistently using AI unless you suffice with faceswapping
Yeah, whenever you want to use freckles or moles you have to inpaint them in manually as they disappear on the face swaps. Hopefully, the technology in the future gets better with the face swapping tools and they preserve the freckles in the future where they don't have to be inpainted in.

not at all... I can reproduce any posture image or even image-to-image with that face, no issues, even make her wear a specific dress or branded clothing to promote

@DStiles

Yeah, it all just has to be inpainted in like freckles or clothes, as I do it all the time as you can see in my past few images. I inpaint real clothes, shoes, and accessories onto them.

exactly, dont mind that guy, he doesnt know what he is saying.

Yep, that's the way it's done in Fooocus and it'll generate the freckles if you need them after the face swap.

Have you seen this video on how to create animated ai models?
I actually just saw this video recently, not a lot of new information in it for me, but it can be very helpful to others just joining the space.

OF, how closely do they check things? Lots of models use photo and video editing tools to improve their looks.

Possible idea, might be dumb, try finding real life 3s and 4s who can create an account then take it over and turn them into AI 8s and 9s?
I have no idea bro as I don't deal or work on the OF platform.

That's definitely a great idea, and likely an easy way to get on the OF platform, but the problem is the platform itself doesn't support AI models. The best way would be to deepfake instead of using animated AIs. Personally, I don't even need OF though, but for anybody looking to get on OF this would be a useful suggestion to them.

We live in the future :)

Smart work, man.
Thanks bro, and you're 100% right as we're living in the future right now. People need to adapt!

Interesting stuff mate, how about repurposing some images and posting on fb groups?
Thanks bro, I haven't actually thought about that before, that's a nice suggestion. I haven't messed with FB groups in years.

Blair is really pretty don't let the bad stuff people say get to you. I have a lot to learn and all of y'all here are inspirational
Thanks bro, as I appreciate it, and I'm not really letting them get to me. I just wanted to backup fellow creators and set the record straight on people who choose to pick on our creations negatively without showing any evidence that they create models as well.

It's great bro that you've been in here learning and starting to take some action, as that was part of the purpose of making this thread was to not only help me out, but help others and inspire them to get into this fledgling industry.

Thanks man, I appreciate you recognizing the effort and venture into this industry.

Yeah, I think getting onto at least a couple of social media platforms to start is smart as it can optimize your growth and into grow your fanbase and potential brand in the future going forward, so that you can build something online that becomes monetizable for the long-term.

I've learned a lot from my fans in these first two months and what they like to see and don't like to see. I've adjusted accordingly and am sitting in a nice position as far as continued growth in these areas.

Yeah, creating partnerships especially early was key as I learned a lot from fellow creators and cross-promoting can be a huge resource as well.

Thanks again man for wishing me luck, and thanks for stopping by and posting this insightful comment.

I'm not new to AI models, but I am just now getting into putting any online, and I just made a Fanvue less than two days ago. I won't post a link, but one thing I want to do is make it clear that my model is AI on the platform. I will make other accounts in the future for passing as real, but for now I think I want to see how far I can go with making it known. I have an IG that is over ten years old, but I was a kid when I made it, so I never used it, and have only a little bit of followers now that I finally got out of school and can use it without restrictions and strict parents. There is one thing I kind of have an advantage over some others and that is I am an actual girl, so I can actually speak to the guys if I ever decide to, but I would never show my face online because of my parents and the way they are with religion. I was thinking of maybe doing paid voice notes for my Fanvue subs (I have none rn), but at the moment I'm not even comfortable with that.

I would like some honest feedback on the look of my model, I guess it doesn't matter as much since I am not trying to pass her as real, but I still want her to look amazing. I do a lot of photos of her not looking at the camera, but now that I have trained my generator to make better eyes I also do some with her looking directly at the camera now as well. Hands are a major issue, and I just crop them out most of the time. Once I get this down better I will start making more models. I like Fooocus, but I also use Sexy(dot)ai and its pretty decent for making scenery and furniture. They use several model generators.

I haven't started using my old IG for my model, but I do have one for my art that I linked to Fanvue just because they asked for one. I have several models that I have made, but only one that I have introduced online as of now. I also will make a YouTube, and I definitely need to learn how to make the deepfake videos, and there is some good info here. My model on Fanvue name is Madisson Steele with the handle gfe(dot)madisson(dot)ai

I actually never heard of Patreon until I started reading you guys posts on here, so that is something I will look into. I'm past 18 so I had no problems being verified for Fanvue, and hopefully it will be the same for Patreon whenever I sign up if they require verification. I also do have an OF verified, but only because I thought I would be able to use it for my AI model. I will decide what to do with that later. I hope you guys didn't get bored to death reading this, and I hope you don't mind me being along for the ride and reading your posts on here.
That's great bro that you made a Fanvue as that's a great move there. From what I've seen is that making it known that your AI is great because it gets the fans who like that content and it puts in your position future wise to be ahead of the grain. A lot of these simps will be fetching for AI over real-life girls, and you'll be ahead of the curb. You can do both and get the best of both worlds. You can also not notify another page as being non-AI, but you're deepfaking the model in her photos and videos. It's hard to really manage real-life girls because it takes a while before finding the right one who really wants to work and put out plenty of content. If she disappears, then there goes your business all up in smoke. This is what makes AI so much more easier because you can use several different models to replicate your model in photos and videos, as long as that face is the same.

That IG you have is a valuable account because it's an aged account which is better than the new ones. You being a female is great as well as you can use yourself as your own pilot model for your AI characters. You can chat like you said as well, and it's okay if you don't show your face as there's still money to be made in that aspect.

Yeah, deformities is normal as that's something we gotta deal with on our AIs until that technology improves in the future. I sometimes either fix them, but sometimes it takes unnecessary time, so I generate a bunch of images and just pick the ones that aren't deformed most of the time. Fooocus is extremely good as I love using it and I'm glad you got a machine that can run it because a lot of creators can't use the offline generators because they're too powerful.

One thing that I'm trying to see on my Patreon is if hashtags work because there's a creator that I got introduced to who got over 100 paid subs and doesn't even use social media to market the page. I'm experimenting with the hashtags starting today and seeing how my results run in the next few weeks. IG can be something to just build up your model's brand and fanbase, but you might not even need it to get conversions from new customers. Definitely do YouTube as that's a great way to build up a fanbase and get extra ad-revenue. Simp channels grow pretty quickly on there too if you really stay consistent with them.

Patreon is great as it's just another membership site that you can use, but since you have Fanvue you might not need it. I had to use Patreon because I don't have a valid state ID at the moment to get verified on Fanvue. You should be fine without fine without providing ID for Patreon, but I'm not totally sure. You have a valid ID and stuff, so you'll be fine anyways if you do hop on Patreon. With your OnlyFans, you might be able to deepfake yourself on there and just use a different face while you pilot model everything, but in reality you don't need OF if you're already using Fanvue and Patreon. Eventually, I'm going to build my own site, but I'm trying to figure out a few things with my Patreon first before going over there.

I welcome your post as it was very informative and let us know your plans in the beginning here, I wish you all the success with your AI model journey.

What do you offer in Patreon ? Images or videos or both?
I offer both, but mainly images because I'm still trying to deepfake my model in porn videos appropriately. I do repost some of my reels on there. I noticed most people in the AI space offer images mostly.

Here's my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/BlairBrooksBB

Congrats, man. Nice work.

F the haters.
Thanks man, and yeah fuck them haters. LOL!

Glad I came across this post, I'll read it from the beginning. Thanks for posting your journey, hope to learn from you.

OMG @DStiles you are just GOD. No one shares as much info as you have shared. a big Salute to you sir for sharing everyting in the open for people to learn. I was on the same journey and gave after a couple of months when my model's insta did not take-off. Fooocus was my tool of choice too. Please DM me ( I cannot send DMs yet) and I would love to collaborate with you and grow together.

Everyone lets get together on discord and help each other please. this has a lot of potential.

You say in your Patreon that you offer "real life phots of Blair". I am lost, sorry if I missed your explanation, is this a real person you are working with, where do you get "real life photos" ?
This is a really good question you asked, but it's a little but complicated.

Basically, the girl is inspired by somebody I know personally, as that's how I started this AI model as I was able to get permission to use her likeness and real-life stories and experiences, but she's mostly AI though.

What I did was with the real life photos of Blair is I steal photos off of various sites like a Reddit or Discord of other girls on various sites and I deepfake my model's face onto them. I'm doing this to give my customers exclusive access for what they think are real photos of my girl as I'm trying to play the theme that the AI model is just a girl who's playing with CGI generated images, but she's actually a real woman.

I hope that clears that up, but if you're still confused, then honestly let me know and let me know specifically any questions that you need answered further.

Thanks for stopping by as I do recommend reading it from the beginning, as there's a lot of good information on every page.

You're welcome man as it's been my pleasure to help out in any way that I can. If you have any further questions, you can definitely ask.

Have you tried OF and other platforms?
Well you can't use AI for OF because they don't support AI models on there, but I have tried using other sites. I've narrowed it down to Patreon, RiotModels, and I'm building my own site which uses the OF UI for my membership platforms currently.

THANKS BRO! I really appreciate your post man as you made me feel so good. It validates the purpose I had for not only wanting some advice for myself, but to hopefully help others in the process.

I'm glad that I've been transparent on here in everything that I do sort of like in the journey threads on this site. I think there's always been a bad culture set here on the site of guys not willing to share their numbers, and I didn't want to be that way because if I'm going to inspire people, or help them get started in their journeys then showing proof of things that I do is the main way that I need to do it. I felt like I've never learned anything from people who were not transparent and hiding their numbers to themselves.

I'm glad that you guys appreciate me sharing my numbers from this journey. Most people are afraid to show numbers that aren't impressive, but I want you guys to see the struggle and I'm how I'm navigating out of it.

Yeah, it's tough to work with real-life models as that's why I hopped back into this industry thanks to AI. My friend was really great to me in the beginning as I'm grateful to her, but I really didn't need her once I got everything rolling. Fooocus is great man, I love using that tool, I haven't used the other tools since I started using that one in late January.

I'll DM you since you're new to the site, I think your account has to be around for a month or two, or have more posts in order to start DMing on here.

Hey man , really, there are other Journey threads out here who claim to be earning $30k with their models but they do not provide much info on how they did the promotion or what strategies tehy followed to create their models. feels like they are just rubbing it in the face of newbie's like me. TBH the world is like that. And hence i really really appreciate you being totally transparent , to the level where you shared your account links and tools that you used. URA Legend !!!! Keep up the good work mate.

I've got your DM will respond now.

you can you fanvue, and patreon
Yeah, I'm running with Patreon, but all AI models can do Fanvue, but you need a valid ID though.

Hey bro, yeah, those threads are bogus, either they're faking the funk, or they're too stubborn to really share valuable information. Most of them ain't making $30k or more like they say they do. My mindstate is that if I was making that much, I would brag to the moon and show my proof of it to get people truly inspired that it can be a real thing.

No problem bro, as I'm glad you appreciate the transparency from me. I was a newbie myself and I was always saying to myself, I'm not going to be like these other guys and hide my proof of income from these businesses.

Thanks so much man, I love your post here, thank you responding to the DM.

So lately I've been delving into the AI world heavy, especially when it comes to AI models and I've got to say the experience of managing this fake models has been a fun experience so far as it's great to see your girls come alive and take on a life of their own as I act like some sort of an evil genius. LOL!

I just started doing research on this new trend of making AI Instagram Model Influencers maybe two weeks ago and just a few days later started to take action on it by building up and Instagram page for my first model. So far I've got around 130 followers in maybe a 10-day span with organic traffic, so I'm taking the slow route on this one. Then just recently, I've started to slowly market my model on Reddit as I've heard it's a great traffic source to convert paid subs for OnlyFans type models, so we'll see how this goes going forward. I've gotten a little bit creative and I'm using my main model as a talking avatar to market sports betting picks to build up future paid subscribers through there as well. I will use the YouTube channel like I've done with another channel of mines where I've worked with real-life models for video content, so I'll have her doing random stuff on the channel in the future while getting ad-revenue.

I've been doing a lot of research hearing experiences from real OnlyFans models and agencies and all of the ways they got their first few subscribers. I've been amazed with so many of them saying they've gotten paid subs in the first month. I need to get to that point, but I'm still willing to take the slow route and build up organically.

Since I'm using AI models, my experience is a little different because I can't use OnlyFans without a real model as they don't accept AI and a lot of OF alternatives require verification. I've found a creative solution to this and that's to host the business on a paid Discord Server. I'll be sharing free pics on there while managing paywall access to explicit pics of my models and in the future videos. I'm going to use the money that I make from subs to pay for real-life models that I have access to make content for me for this service.

The plan is there but the only problem for me is that I have no money to do any sort of paid marketing or pay anybody to help me run this beginner AI model agency.

I'm not really expecting much in the beginning, but I do need some sort of help and guidance on how to knockout those first few subs. I'd like to end the month of January with as many subscribers as I can get. I don't need like a big number in the first few months, just enough to make close to $1k in the first few months. I know that once I can get those first few subs, it'll avalanche from there.

Like I said before, I just need help on how to convert these first 5-10 to 20 subs because so far the models being AI generated isn't a problem as I'm still getting simps on these free sites either messaging me or making comments and other AI models have had success with getting paid subs. If anybody has had experience in general with OnlyFans type models, not just converting AI models then you're welcome to help. I'll DM anybody who wants to see the pages and Discord to give me further advice there in private. One last thing, if anybody is willing to work for free to start off, I can give a cut of the revenue to anybody who helps bring paid subs into my Discord service.
