How do I get my first few paid subscribers for AI Instagram Models?

UPDATE: No change in paid subscriber count through this point, but I still have 3 paid subs, more like 2 since the 2nd one cancelled right after subscribing back in late February. My IG has 1,030 followers, at the time that I'm writing this update to you guys.

I'm looking more into marketing through hashtags since I found a Patreon account with no social media following getting over 100 paid subscribers using hashtags only. They may have done more than that, but the perception is that it's really mainly hashtags. I'm making a new Patreon account dedicated to lesbians.

I've also been doing a lot of new stuff with Photoshop to edit up clothes. I made my girls go to a Denver Nuggets game a couple of weeks ago and they look coordinated here.

How much time (hours) you think you've spent total on this? From the day you created your Instagram, generating all the images/videos, posting on social media, Patreon, etc. Will it be 100? 200?

That's a good question, I started back in late December, so that's almost 3 months now, it's definitely gotta be more than 200 hours by now. It's hard to tell because I haven't kept track of the hours because everyday is different, some days I spend 3 hours, 6 hours, and some days like today its been almost 12 hours. It really differs, but major hours are put in everyday to work on this, as I think I only missed like 3-5 days in total since late December of doing this on a regular basis. Most of it came around the Holidays when I started because I was spending a lot of time with my family around that time. Since New Year's, I've been in the grind with it almost everyday. I don't get a lot of sleep consistently either as well. Sometimes I generate images overnight, while I'm sleeping.

Did the people that subscribed to your Patreon tried to chat with you? Have you tried to upsell them ppv content? Just curious... do you have a part time job/other business that pays your bills allowing you to do this?

that is interesting as it runs about as well for me with similar instagram size time invested. however i do personally know someone who has over 13k instagram subs and had about 250 patreon subs at 15 usd before getting shadowbanned on insta. he said he only invested a little money in ads on insta and worked up organically from hashtags from there, however i am not sure if this is the full story as i have been copying most of his strats and it doesnt seem to work as well. he does have a more eye catching account though, not sure if that alone is the go...

I've been playing around with inpainting on Fooocus lately and this feature is on God Mode as I've been able to change up my clothes on my models very easily.

Hi! How do you get these sharp and realistic backgrounds in your photos? I'm using foccus online because my computer doesn't support it and I have a time limit to use it. And I only get blurred backgrounds.

Yes, the most recent did, and I've established a great connection with him as I got him to subscribe to two of my AI models. He writes a lot, so I try to write back to him every few days in between. I don't upsell him to PPV content since Patreon is just subscriber base.

Well, I do YouTube on the side, as I don't have my own place right now. YouTube keeps me mad busy most of the week, so I have to really scramble to make new content for my AI models.

Anyone here got any experience running mother/slave with an AI model?
I heard about it, but I haven't delved into it yet. A lot of agencies are using that method for real-life models. People haven't really been sharing what they do for AI models yet.

have you tried reddit to promote your model?
Yep, it's hard on Reddit to promote, and get onto subreddits. I've heard it's not worth it for anybody getting into the space this year. I heard about this one new method with YouTube that I'm going to test out soon.

Yeah, it's a very interesting case study, as one thing that I've been discovering since I started in this industry is that method that work for some people, don't work well for others. I've seen a few AI models have pretty good results in getting a lot of Patreon subs. Just about all of those accounts have a heavy following. I consider 13k subs pretty huge considering I'm still stuck on the same 1k subscribers for the past 2 months. I'm not shadowbanned, but the algo doesn't push my stuff to new viewers that much anymore like it did when I first started.

I'm only still posting on IG as a way to continue to build up my model's brand and stay in touch with my loyal fans, and some of the other AI creators to help their engagement going up. I no longer see IG as a viable way to get paid subs for myself. I've pretty much given up on it as I post when I can now. I think if I had started sometime last year before a lot of people got on there then I might be doing better.

Right now, I'm starting to focus more on YouTube because I'm hearing about a method that's worked for girls who have struggled on other social media platforms like IG to grow their OnlyFans subs. I haven't tested it yet, but I will soon. I've got my Beacons.AI link tracking directly towards YouTube now too, so I know how the traffic is going there now.

Hi there,

Great question, since you're using Fooocus, it's going to be easier for me to help you. That might be the problem though is that you're using the online version instead of the offline version. The offline version is way more realistic. When I started with AI, I used Fooocus Online and the results weren't sharp enough. If you use the offline version, you can get those realistic backgrounds.

Another thing that I do as well is that I upscale all of my images to 4K, then I start inpainting them. It might be the prompts too as I'm specific about the background as well, but I think the offline version is just way better, to be honest with you.

UPDATE: I'm still going at this, but my time has been limited on it lately, as I've had to focus on my YouTube business a lot more in the past month to get the revenue up, so that I can spend some money on some pilot models to make me some videos for my content.

I'm still stuck at just 2 paid subscribers for my Patreon. The thing is though, I'm making close to $70 a month because my last customer that I got back in early March is a very loyal customer that I spend some time during the week with messaging back-and-forth, as we've built up a nice connection and he pays for my highest plan at $30 on both of my accounts. That made me learn how great and important it is to have loyal subs. My first sub, might be either a dead subscriber, or just somebody who is very loyal, but is quiet too. His plan is set to renew later this week, and he will be on his 3rd month, if he doesn't cancel. Obviously, I want way more paid subs, but I'm comfortable for right now since I'm getting a decent amount for myself off those two guys.

I haven't had a lot of time to focus on this business lately, but I will get back into the thick of it after May, although with the Olympics coming up this summer, my sports channels will need my attention, so I'll be busy again. I try to find time when I can to focus on this stuff.

I have basically given up on trying to grow on IG. I'm still using it because of the great AI community on there and supporting other, and keep my loyal fans happy on there, but I'm no longer focused on using it to grow my paid subs for Patreon. I have found out about a new method for YouTube that I'm not ready to reveal here because I need to test it first to see if it works for me. A few real-life models have said they didn't grow from the other social media platforms, but once they started this method, then they started growing their OnlyFans pages pretty good. YouTube in general has a different audience for adult industry channels than other social media platforms, as they got paying customers. IG people just want shit for free, so it's not as worth it these days unless you were on there already before with a huge audience. If you're a newbie then forget it then. I'll get back to you guys on how that method goes for me later.

Also, I've started to improve my images quality quite a bit over the last couple of weeks on Fooocus. I'm putting in a lot more time and detail into my images using Photoshop as well. I'm upscaling them to 4K quality then inpainting them afterwards, so that when you zoom in on them you can see the detail not like an oil painting like before. There are some details on the face that I don't mess with because it takes away from the look of the model. I turned my main model Blair Brooks into a brunette, as she's no longer a blonde. I've been focusing on designing jerseys a lot more lately, as my girls are softball players, so they have a bit of that tomboy trait in them while being feminine as hell at the same time.

This thread has been very interesting. I guess my thought is to try to get your content on as many platforms as possible (I think someone already mentioned Patreon).

Yep, I mentioned Patreon, definitely get your content to as many places as possible. I think YouTube might be the easiest to get converted customers these days.

Getting your first few paid subscribers for AI Instagram Models involves a strategic approach to attract and engage your target audience. Remember to comply with Instagram's guidelines and policies while promoting your AI models.

Nice thread

I might start Instagram mother/child soon with an AI model

For this im not sure whether to go for grow the Mother or just link in bio method instead of DM to follow mother... just you lose 90% of traffic and make less money short term for long term gains

Damn brother, I've been looking for a thread like this for months, I read everything from the beginning, this is GOLD. I am also on an AI journey, I started last December too, and wow it has been a long road.

If you allow me, I will tell you my experience:

I don't remember how I discovered this world of AI models but I tried to start learning in July, at that time I had a job, so I didn't have much time and I decided to put learning aside. In September I lost my job and after play League of Legends and watch porn for 1 or 2 months I remembered about this AI thing. I started learning again and when I felt ready to start publishing my work I started with IG and X.

First I started with a single realistic style account, after a month it occurred to me to expand my content and created a cartoon style account and at the same time I made an AI model. I created a Patreon for my realism account and another for the cartoon account, and finally entered on Fanvue for the model.

The beginning was quite hard, currently, after about 4 months on this, my Instagram accounts are gaining strength, my largest account is about to reach 5k followers and is gaining around 200 followers daily. All this growth has been 100% organic, no bots, no SMM panels, I have not spent a single cent on promotion, I have not even done the follow/unfollow strategy, I have only been constant and I have done collaborations with other accounts in the same niche, that is SOOO IMPORTANT ON IG!

As for my Patreon accounts, I have had around $300 USD in earnings between the 2 accounts (I have tiers of $5-$10-$15), most of the subs just stay for a month and then leave, just a few stays for a second month.

My X accounts were doing well but if you don't upload explicit content it is more difficult to grow, it is something which I don't do, my explicit content is only on Patreon, my biggest account has around 3k followers on X.

Finally for my Fanvue account, I haven't had much success yet since I have been managing it daily for less than 1 month, but even so I already generated $30 USD with only 3 fans. The Instagram account that is linked to Fanvue has just over 2k followers.

I tried to have a presence on Reddit but for some reason that I don't understand they banned me for a week, it was something from an automatic bot on a subreddit, supposedly for ban evasion, but I didn't understand what that meant, I didn't even upload explicit content, it was all SFW content, so I better decided to leave it. I opened a TikTok account, I made a few videos just posting images but they didn't get more than 100 views so I stopped doing it.

Having mentioned all that, I know that making almost $400 USD in this time doing this sounds fantastic, and it is, but I'm trying to do this for a full living, I still don't know how to get more subscribers to my Patreon and Fanvue accounts, and the truth is that that frustrates me a lot since, as I mentioned, I don't currently have a job. It is worth mentioning that I am from LATAM, so those 10k that a guy mentioned in this thread would be quite good for me LOL!

Wow, I see that my reply was too long (XD), but I hope this information is useful to someone. Excellent thread friend, keep up this, and I hope we can achieve our goals soon, AI is definitely the future.

Greetings!

Thanks bro, glad you found this thread, hope it's helpful for you.

You should go on ahead and test that method out. I haven't tested any of the parent/child methods yet.

Anything that pays in the long-term should be tested and tried out as these methods will be worth it going forward.

Thanks brother, glad you found this thread as you and me seem to be in the same exact situation, you're doing way better than me with your Patreon, but we're both trying to turn this into a livable income.

I thank you as well for being blunt and painfully honest about your situation with us because those first few months you spend away from your job is like a rest period where you're basically on like an extended vacation just enjoying your life with no responsibilities. When I first moved out of my apartment back home, I took a couple of months off before I tried to find work online.

I also found out about AI last summer, but didn't really get into it around the same time as you around December or Christmas season. My family was trying to help me get a banking job, but I didn't feel like answering phones all day, so I looked for something more up my comfort zone. I'm stubborn as a rock, I refuse to do anything for a living that I don't enjoy even if it means I'm still away from my lifestyle that I enjoyed when I had my own place. I know something is going to work for me eventually, and I really feel it's going to be this AI modeling thing.

I really enjoyed reading your story and your experience here as these longer posts are the ones that I enjoy the most because it's really helpful. I appreciate you sharing your experience with us, and showing your stats.

Me personally, I don't believe anybody who makes money in this niche unless they show us the receipts of how they're doing. That one dude who made $10k a month was a liar, he never shared his receipts. I believe he made that much with a real-life model, but not in this AI modeling space. If you make that with an AI model, you should be celebrated. Your numbers are realistic and believable even if I didn't see your stats because I know you're being honest.

$400 a month is really good, I wish I was making that month, but like you said it's nowhere near enough to making a full living from. I believe you're doing good though as you've found a way to get subs better than I did.

For me, I would like to make $3k or $4k a month from this business before I feel comfortable getting my own place again. How much do you think you need to make to feel comfortable turning this into a living for yourself?

I'm at close to $70 a month with only two customers, one of them I'll have for a while as long as I continue to communicate with him. My biggest hangup has been figuring out how to acquire more subs as IG isn't working for me, I didn't get enough views on TikTok, I haven't really done X, and Reddit is worthless these days as it's changed too much. I believe YouTube might be my best chance, but I have to get more consistent with posting content on there.

This is going to be key for me going forward is finally getting the right traffic source.

Ideally, I'd like to get to a point where I can get my first 100 Patreon members then from there get at least 300-400 members. Once I get there then I'm good because even if I lose Patreon subs, I'll be okay because I'll just have to replace them

It's great that you have Fanvue as an option, I plan on using that platform once I'm able to update my ID, for now I gotta just focus on Patreon.

I hope the best for you, brother, I'll DM you to talk to you further about some things.

Hello.
Yeah, I'm not making $400 a month, I have made around $400 since December till now, not by month XD. I'm making only around $60 by month, but its rising I believe.

For me, I would like to make $3k or $4k a month from this business before I feel comfortable getting my own place again. How much do you think you need to make to feel comfortable turning this into a living for yourself?
As I said, I'm from Latam, so even 1k monthly is pretty good income here, obviously would be great if I get more.
And yeah, I'm open to talk by DM anytime mate. :D

Hey brother, oh okay. LOL! I thought you were making $400 a month, but yeah we're in the same boat then. I didn't start getting my first subscribers until February on Patreon. I made a total of $180 since then.

I'm making $75 a month on 2 customers as the first customer I got pays $15 and has stayed with me since February, so he's paid 3 times already. The 2nd customer, I got only paid once at $15 before cancelling the same day he came. Then my last customer is my most loyal customer because I chat with him, as he pays $30 on both of my accounts, so that rings me up to $75 in total without the fees factored in which brings it down to under $70 somewhere.

How many paid subs do you have and what are the prices they mainly pay for on your pages?

I'm thinking about raising my basic package, which is at $15 to $20, my other customer pays $30 on my highest package. If he's around through the summer, I might raise it to $40 on my main account.

I would like a couple of more customers before June gets here, so I can make over $100 a month.

As I said, I'm from Latam, so even 1k monthly is pretty good income here, obviously would be great if I get more.

Yeah, I know in some countries $1k a month is actually really good. That would be good for me while I'm not on my own yet, but once I'm ready to get back out my own, I would have to make north of $3k to live off of here in the United States, so I got a long ways to go.

For sure bro, I haven't had time to send you a DM, but I will try to today, and we talk there, brother. :D
