How do I get my first few paid subscribers for AI Instagram Models?

I would most definitely try yt to get traffic into potential nsfw-allowed platforms. Check the channel "mxr plays". These guys are playing in easy mode tho. They are posting insanely nsfw thumbnails, generate traffic with this crazy clickbait and then funnel it into patreon where they react to nsfw content. This people are basically reusing content, and using inappropriate content for traffic which then is sent to their +18 patreon, it is a very blackhaty thing, yet yt allows this. Their patreon link is on their video description. They are partnered with ads enabled. Their content seem to perform well with no shadowban or +18 locks. How does youtube allow this? I dont know, good for them I guess. I think because there is a community behind this people, they have managed to resolve monetization issues. If this was a faceless channel, I doubt they would allow them to put porn thumbnails on a family friendly website and get away with it. But if you have a following, suddendly you can get away with a lot more. It is what it is.

Not hating on your content, but the fact that people say it's good seems crazy to me. You guys don't realize how fake those images look.
When done good you won't see any difference between real and AI images, which is why you don't even need to mention in and make more money.

Thanks for letting me know about that MXR Plays channel as that is bizarre that their channel has gotten away with NSFW thumbnails, I remember doing some channels in the past on it and my thumbnails would be removed in no time. Plus they're reacting to NSFW content which I didn't even know is allowed. I think you're right though that because they're so big and their following is fully supported and behind them; it allows them to get away with things a smaller sized YouTube channel can't get away with, so I won't even compare myself to them. You are likely right that YouTube will favor channels like theirs because of the heavy traffic and fanbase.

I checked to see if their channel is monetized using the code and it's not at the moment, but I guess they're only using YouTube to funnel their fans to their Patreon which is smart. YouTube has ads on videos on non-monetized channels, but you gotta check the code to see if they're actually monetized. I was thinking of doing the same thing with my shorts channel and not even monetizing that one and just using it to promote my Patreon and future membership site that I'll own.

I also checked out their Patreon page and they've got a massive subscription base as they're like almost 24,000 strong, so they're making roughly $100,000k+ a month if we're just isolating their $5 tier, which is insane. Salute to them as it proves a big loyal fanbase matters in the subscription space.

It's definitely inspiring as I would just like to have a decent sized fanbase at this point as it doesn't even have to be as big as theirs. YouTube does seem to probably be the best way to get subscribers as video content is strong. The other social media platforms are not just saturated, but it's too competitive to really stickout now. I am currently using two YouTube channels to grow my membership sites. It's going to take me some time to get there, but you're right overall about the power of YouTube helping dearly.

That's cool man, no need to apologize, but let me explain the reason why you don't understand why people say it's good, and it's not just because they're being respectful and nice, it's because they understand the point of the science of this industry. Rule #1 it's all about simps and will only be about simps and OnlyFans is a thing because of simps. Simps don't care how real your model looks, and simps are the only thing that matters. Their views affect our ability to monetize in this industry. Us AI model creators in this industry can care less what a non-simp thinks because you guys are not our customer. For me personally, I only care what the simps think and my fellow AI creators. A lot of AI creators have come to me saying how great my model looks and how real she looks and they get inspiration from me, and all of that stuff and some of them do better than me at generating their model. I've only been in this game for 2 months, so I still have a lot to improve.

It's all about the illusion more than anything, not if they look real to you or not. They don't have to look like a real human because we actually label our models on our social media platforms as AI generated. If we're really looking to fool simps, we can just deepfake our models faces onto a real female's image. The only time we take that approach is with videos because we're actually using real girls in those videos, so they look real in the videos depending on if it doesn't look like a filter.

Again it's about the illusion that these AI girls look so real and with technology set to improve a lot in the future, they're going to look very real down the line where you really won't notice the difference. Right now, all of our girls look like CGI characters at the moment and it's supposed to be this way. Simps are into the illusion as they can easily just go follow a real OnlyFans model if they need to follow a girl that's not an AI model.

This is our space and we got into this space because of how cool the technology is in bringing these girls to life. I talked to a few creators who don't even monetize their models as they just do it for fun to tell a story everyday about their models. It's really cool because the smart people are going to get into this industry now before it hits big in the next few years.

For me personally, I'd rather do the virtual models than try to fool people with a deepfaked face on a model and get caught up later and ruining my business, at least in this space people realize our models are not real people and are willing to pay. I just got a paid subscriber, so it seems to be working. LOL!

I run my own agency with real and AI models. I know this business in and out.
Going from one paid subscriber to saying it works is a far stretch.

Don't take this as a shot at you, but rather as additional motivation. I currently have two models both earning over 10k per month, without stating anywhere that those are AI images.

true, they seem to be demonetized again, this is from august 2022

if you go back on their catalogue you can see they have been using lewd thumbnails since 5 years ago so they had a good run. but then again, they may have recovered it after that

heres an older video talking about demonetization

so clearly they have been able to recover monetization more than once and have had support from some youtubers that pushed for it

they have another channel where they would post lewd videogame mods that was monetized for years until recently. he has been doin this for 12 years it seems
https://www.youtube.com/@MxRMods/videos
amazing, this guy is dedicated i will give him that, and they are killing it on patreon anyway. im not into this sort of +18 lewd content but good for them, i don't hate on other people success.

Thanks for confirming that they were indeed monetized as I would've been super surprised if they were still monetized with that kind of content. The thumbnails won't really get them in trouble because all YouTube will do is just remove them forcing you to put a different one up, but the content inside of the video could've easily got them demonetized, so I'm not surprised there.

It seems like his fanbase rallied after their demonetization videos were posted and he might've been able to get a lot of them to support him on a membership site like Patreon, which is good for him.

A lot of people promoting NSFW content are not monetized, but they're using YouTube to promote their content without monetizing through YPP and ads which is smart these days. I think it's better for a channel like his to make revenue from subscriptions than ads even though his videos are performing extremely well where he would be getting thousands in revenue from YouTube, but he never has to worry about being too careful on YouTube and will always make money outside of his site. He's big enough where I think he should move on from Patreon and setup his own membership site as well.

He's a veteran in this and pretty much knows the business, so he's really smart and his persistence is to be admired. That's why I respect content creators like him because he never gives up and that's the key.

I'm not into his content myself either as I wouldn't even copy his niche as I don't show my face on my videos anyways, but I think this niche is good for people who are into it and try to copy his business model.

Yeah bro, one of the most sickening things is when I see people hating on other people's success. Instead of hating let it inspire you to do the same as I respect people who build their own and grow their brands.

Bumble and Tinder are good and I'm using them.
I've heard about using those sites, but the methods that I've seen on those sites to keep things blackhat seems like too much. Like I hate the fact that you need a lot of phones just to keep things running. I haven't really heard from too many people in the AI space using these methods for their models, but I know real OnlyFans modeling agencies use them though.

I definitely didn't see this as a shot at me, but I was just explaining my case as I know I have a lot to learn in this business still and am willing to get better and better. I take advice from fellow AI creators all the time on IG, and I'm obsessed with research and learning from OnlyFans models in the industry as well.

The one thing that I will say is that since you're in the industry specifically doing AI models, your reaction is a bit surprising though because you should know better that this is about the illusion, not about how real your AI model looks. It helps if your images are of high quality, but I actually know a creator who makes shitty generations who does really well getting subscribers. That's why I was saying that even though I just got that one paid subscriber, it proves that simps are willing to pay for my model's content. Just one proves a lot because it's really hard just getting one paid subscriber. I know another creator who said I was off to a good start because they didn't even get their first subscriber for like 8 months and their model looks way better than mines and now they're up to like 60 subscribers now, so it definitely takes time and trial & error to get right.

It's optional to say if your model is AI or not. On videos, you don't need to state it at all. IG is the only place that I do it because it's basically a heavy community of AI creators and I want people to know my models are virtual. It's optional though as simps don't care either way like I was saying earlier.

If you don't mind, I'd like to see links of your AI model's work on Instagram and OnlyFans or whatever other paid membership sites you have, so I can see how you do yours. Also, I'd like to see financial results from your most recent months as well. If you don't want to provide it here, you can DM me that stuff on there. Shoot since you run a modeling agency you might be able to help me out get some subs.

dating sites or reddit could really help , chatbots on dating sites really help .
I know about Reddit already and the dating sites as well, seems difficult to stay out of trouble though with the dating sites.

One think to take into account is.. according to the YT TOS, I think you cannot include links that contain content that go against the YT TOS itself. Im not sure if this applies if you are partnered only. So a +18 Patreon in theory would go against it? it clearly works for them tho.

You're right as you gotta be careful what links you attach to your YT videos and accounts as I used to own a couple of adult sites and every time I linked them the videos would be removed and I'd get a community strike for it, or the channel just shuts down completely. I haven't tried it with +18 accounts myself, so I don't know if YouTube takes those links down. For the most part, he's a special case and can't be compared with smaller YouTubers who probably can't get away with half the shit he gets away with. I have linked my Beacons.AI link in place of Patreon directly, so I think these days it's better to not direct link any adult-related sites to your description box or about pages on YT. Using a LinkTree type account is best these days to stay safe. I'm not jeopardizing my account to make that one mistake.

This thread is good
Thanks bro, thanks for finding it and posting in here. I hope you will find some valuable information in here one day. I'm going to be making a journey thread soon, once I get my website established and posted.

I'm still doing some research on how to get more paid subscribers as there's a lot of info out there, but not much valuable information it seems. I'm still debating on if I'm going to buy that JustFans plugin when I get paid later this week. Part of the reason why I'm debating it so much is because I still haven't decided if I'm stepping into paid ads or not since I still haven't seen much information on paid ads in this industry.

Also, there was a poster on here earlier this week that was flexing and talking about my AI model not looking real and stuff and I asked this dude for proof about his models and I haven't heard back form him ever since, so he was on bullshit. Be careful of dudes like this that flaunt and can't backup what they claim they have. If you really got it like that there should be no hesitation on sending the info to me at least privately.

Maybe the AI woman will make more money than a real woman could because its so niche right now.

Have you tried Revshare
Not yet with this particular niche, but I have tried RevShare in the past, most affiliate situations don't work for me.

Maybe the AI woman will make more money than a real woman could because its so niche right now.
I think so too as I really believe there's going to be a point where AI models will make way more money than a real woman. Once this really explodes in the future, it might put a few of them out of business, especially if they don't have a strong fanbase or following. Too many of these girls have not ventured outside of OnlyFans because I do feel like OnlyFans will close down one day, and a lot of those girls that didn't setup shop on Slushy, Fansly, LonelyFans, Fanvue, Patreon, or their own site. I think they really need to setup shop on their own site, but again the girls who are exclusively on OnlyFans will end up being the biggest losers because when it's time to shift their audience to another platform, some of their subscribers will use their money elsewhere, and it could be AI women.

One of the things that I'm going to do is protect myself from any rule changes, or site shutdowns that makes it tough to monetize on the platform similar to what I went through on YouTube in 2018 when their rules changed and I could no longer make a living from it. That's why I'm going to setup my own site and bring paid traffic to it one day, and have most of my subscribers be on my site.

We all have something called dead subscribers, most of the subscribers that we have forget that they're subscribed and don't even interact with your contact. They forget to cancel their subscriptions, and that's why it's good to not have to move members over to a different platform when a rainy day happens. You can keep them as long as possible until they unsubscribe. I remember doing some research about a month ago and this girl was talking about how she had dead subscribers which made up most of her based for like 2-4 years. LOL! That's where the true money is at is with dead subscribers who forget to cancel their subscription. You don't want to lose those people because a lot of the ways to promote OnlyFans has changed lately as most of social media doesn't work like it used to anymore.

Did you train a lora for the girls face?
Not at all, mainly for the body type early on, but I just used a couple of good face swap programs for the face. I'm using a real-life girl's face for this model.

On my Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/BlairBrooksBB) where I post the nudes, I've been getting good same sizes, but there's times where it's different even with the early LORA training.
