How do I get my first few paid subscribers for AI Instagram Models?

What's so special about this Patreon? About monetization, I believe that YouTube could be more interesting, at least in the beginning, it goes viral even more, but the tools that change the face in a video are mostly paid, but it must be a good investment, which is annoying in this business These are the limitations, even if paid there are limitations, you cannot make unlimited images... This is important to test the prompts, which I believe is the most complex way to define the model's characteristics, and to be able to maintain the same profile in the long term.
Well with Patreon, it's a perfect alternative to OnlyFans and Fanvue for AI models because it's a trustable site for your future customers when you're new to the industry to accept payments.

You definitely want to get paid subscribers, as you can live off that income for as long as you're being active in supplying new content for your fans. I've been on the YouTube platform monetizing content for going on 12 years now, and made a living off of it for 6 years at one point. There's a lot of limitations in living off of YouTube income these days unless you get great hits in the algorithm. It hasn't been easy getting huge revenue off of YouTube, so going over to more of a paid subscription business is a lot better as it gives you more control too and if you get banned or suspended on YouTube, you can always rely on your subscription business which you have more control over. Plus, the pay can be a lot better than ad revenue as well, depending on how many paid subscribers you have gained and the prices you have for them.

Let me say this though and you have a point about YouTube, I think a lot of people in this industry are leaving a lot of money on the table by not doing YouTube at the same time. I think YouTube is easier to monetize, especially for newbies in the beginning. You can make money from ad revenue, which doesn't have a barrier to entry like a paid subscription will have for you guys.

The value that I see in YouTube is not only making ad revenue with your AI model, but you can use it as free promotion for you models to build up their fanbase and brand, which could make it easier to get paid subscription when they connect with you through video content. That's why I'm currently in the process of using one of my monetized channels that already has some simps on it to build up my fanbase for my AI models. I can make a little revenue at the same time and the chance to go viral with several videos like you mentioned, so it's a double whammy for people in this industry if they use it right.

Yeah, it's very tricky when you're trying to generate pictures and videos for your model. You pretty much have to invest in money to these online tools.

I did end up finding a program for deepfaking for videos that's free called Rope and it produces great results for me. It's very ease to use once you get used to it. The only hard part is actually the installation part which has to be done carefully. I would recommend using that over any paid options. Somebody in this thread just recommended Fooocus earlier and I've already started using it and it's great. Definitely look into those if you're looking to get the most out of the free options.

Fanvue seems to be be the easiest way. There are people that do this in Fansly too. I think they verify with their id and then upload AI generated photos. Not sure tho.
Do you still do youtube copyclaim btw?

I would go to X to find accounts of sexy girls created with AI and post it to Instagram. and I will create a paid package to see more sexy pictures.
That's a good idea, I might have to definitely look into that and see what I can find and get a package of sexy pictures. I'm going to need a lot of content to get window shoppers to subscribe to my Patreon account.

I have looked into Fanvue and unfortunately they do have ID verification, which is not an option for me right now. That's okay though, I'm doing Patreon right now as I just launched my page.

I haven't done copyclaim method on YouTube in like 2 years, do people even still do it? Last time I heard from other people that it doesn't work like it used to because distributors got smart about the way it was being used. Ever since I went to AdSense, I haven't looked back.

Thanks man as I appreciate it!

Man, that model looks great and she looks real too. I actually used Fooocus before, but it was the first program that I used and I really didn't understand much at the time about generating. I might have to look back into it and reinstall it since you're getting great results like this as my main problem has been mastering prompts as I sometimes still don't get the exact image that I'm looking for as it looks like with the prompt that you used that you got the exact image that you wanted. Do you still get wonky body parts and fingers and stuff? I need something with a good clothes changer too.

Right now, I'm using Leonardo AI and I'm pretty satisfied with it way better than SeaArt AI, but the prompts are still hit or miss though on it. I use Civitai for the NSFW stuff, but I'm really going to look into Fooocus as I got a powerful workstation machine setup that I built. It's not the newest specs, but probably more powerful than most people's systems.

Like I said, I'm going to see how it works for me this time as I'd love to use something where I don't have pay an online subscription on it.
It may happen that you have a weird part like in the eyes or the fingers. But you can select the zone you wanna fix and the tool with generate again a correct thing on the specefic zone. Check on YouTube, you have plenty of very well explained videos.

Yo, that's a really nice job, keep grinding!

I see a few peuple asking how to generate those models. I wouldn't recommend using any online tools, especially paid ones, fuck them. You should try Fooocus (https://github.com/lllyasviel/Fooocus). It's basically an AI image generating tool but localy, so at first you'll have to install it and download some presets (a few GBs), but at least you have no censoship and it's really powerfull. The generation may take some time, depending on your machine, for me it takes 3-4 minutes to generate one image, but my GPU sucks, I have an old GTX 1660 SUPER of 6Gb. You can also input image and do "face swap" so you can use the same face but in different situations, check on YouTube, you have a bunch of videos explaining it.

For instance, the girl below was generated with the exact promt: "young woman with curly blond hair, beautiful and skinny, blue eyes, tall and elegant, wearing a dress"

From here, you have a bunch of options to select the zones you wanna redo (in this case, I'd redo the eyes, they look weird), change the background, the clothes and so on. I think this tool would give you a more realistic model.
Brother, can you take pictures of her naked that way? Out of curiosity, what was the prompt you used like and how can you replicate the same characteristics for another image?

That's probably the only way to stay safe is doing it with private distros, who already know what you're doing, but the big boys definitely ain't going to let anybody do it anymore under their labels.

Thanks for the advice as I'm definitely going to try to stay within IG's guidelines while promoting my AI models. I'm going to try to promoting through YouTube as well.

Thanks for the recommendation on Fooocus, I'm in love with it so far now that I have a much better understanding on generating than I did when I started. I'm loving the fact that I can use the prompts without having to worry about losing credits on my subscription to get the right images. I'm getting some great results on the images that I want, so Fooocus is going to my main generating tool, but I'm still going to use the others that I mentioned before, but a lot less than before now that you've recommended Fooocus for me.

I'm definitely going to watch the videos to get the wonky body parts fixed, I figured out how to do it within the program, but I still need to fix them better with better prompts.

Try to make a deepfakes or faceswap using your ai model
I'm already doing that as you can checkout my IG and you can see that I got faceswap going for model to get the same consistent face and deepfake videos. The next step for me with deepfakes is finding some porn videos for my Patreon that I can host on there. So many porn videos have their watermark planted on the videos.

You will be using AI but since it's realistic this may still apply. Unless you just post nudes. You also need to provide your ID for uploading nsfw content on patreon.

Yes you can make NSFW images too. Here I'm using the default model, but you can download other models (with better NSFW support) on cavitai.com. I was able to generate a topless girl just by asking "top less blonde girl with big breast" lol

I think that it might still apply even with AI models. Right now, I'm posting nudes, but I am planning on doing videos too. Somebody told me don't upload fucking videos, so I'll probably do solo. Also, Patreon doesn't even let most of their new users stream videos, you have to upload them as attached files or link to another site, which might be best in this situation to allow the users to download the videos. I haven't seen the ID part yet on there, but that might be why I can't upload videos directly on there.

So far I'm loving my experience with Fooocus, so I gotta thank the poster on here who suggested it as I might not go back and use the online tools ever again except for certain features outside of basic generating. I love the fact that I can prompt so many images at a time, so if I make mistakes, or I want to get more images that I like then it won't cost me like on the sites where I have subscriptions, and I got to sit up there and worry about losing my credits before they run out. I'm getting some great 4k results for my models. It's still hit or miss on these prompts as I'm trying to steadily improve things, but that's a never ending battle, I guess until this stuff gets better in the future. One major change that I made was enhancing the teeth in the one picture on the slopes. That inpainting there was done through Leonardo AI, but overall Fooocus is where it's at right now.

I've been playing around with inpainting on Fooocus lately and this feature is on God Mode as I've been able to change up my clothes on my models very easily.

it looks pretty good although some details would need to be improved..but yeah it looks very realistic tbh

fooocus looks awesome! but my pc doesn't work :3
Yeah, it's been pretty awesome for me so far as I'm glad that one poster suggested it to me. The only con is that it takes up a lot of resources on everybody's systems, so it doesn't work well for everybody. If you can get your PC to work again, or get a new one get one that can really support Fooocus because it's worth it.

Thanks bro, yeah, when I started back using Fooocus last week, I couldn't believe how realistic it looked which is exactly what I was looking for, and they're in painting feature is really good.

Yeah, details is something that I'm still trying to get right. Do you have any suggestions for me on those pics that you would like to see improved?

Right now, my only con is that on some pictures when they're upscaled they get too oily painting for me. It depends on the way the model is placed in the room. Sometimes the backgrounds can look realistic as well which is what I'm going for, so it's still a working progress for me.

Nice! Happy to see that you're getting the results you wanted, keep it up man!

The most important part is the GPU, on the Github of Fooocus it said that Nvidia RTX 4XXX and >8GB RAM is the best option out there.
