How do I get my first few paid subscribers for AI Instagram Models?

My AI model's IG page: https://www.instagram.com/blairbrooksbb/

with cloaked ads and bypassing ad platforms restrictions, you can run adult ads anywhere you want :)
you just need to be creative
Thanks for chiming in on it as I agree, you'd likely just have to be creative enough on it. I'll have to do further research on how to really promote it in the future with paid ads.

Idk how well this will convert with AI models but when it comes to generating typical OF-related traffic on IG, you have a pretty wide variety of strategies you could potentially implement. I personally prefer running story reactions on custom-made accounts if I need to generate and redirect traffic on a large scale or run pyramid (i.e. my version of M/S) if I'm doing it on a small scale and simply need to grow a main. I'll just leave this excerpt from a guide I wrote not too long ago to give you a general idea of how story reactions work in the context of adult traffic on large-scale operations:

Hella long excerpt, I know, but just giving you some ideas for what's possible on IG. OFM is a very versatile niche so you can get very creative with how you generate your traffic for it. So long as your AI models look realistic enough, I can definitely see this working out for you.
Thanks for the input and the insight as you definitely have given me some ideas which I appreciate. I like the pyramid scheme idea, especially with stories which is something that one of the other AI models reached out to me on as she wanted to collaborate with my model.

Like you said the key is making the AI models look realistic enough, I know mines does as I think I fooled a few simps already. LOL! I definitely think you're right about being creative with it as well. One strategy that I got in the back of mind is definitely doing something with the quizzes and polls to get some interaction up. Maybe using my pictures to have people decide on what look they like the best or something along those lines.

Thank you for having the belief in me as I really appreciate the long detailed post as well.

that's key in every industry
you need to be creative in order to make the big bucks
Very true, you have to be creative and think outside the box for sure.

first step to getting paid subscribers is to create a strong brand for your AI Instagram Models. This includes defining their unique selling point and creating a visually appealing profile that stands out from other models on the platform.
Thanks for the advice as I definitely agree you need to build up a strong brand and make these AI Instagram models really standout from the rest. That's one thing that I'm trying to build up is a strong brand for my AI model.

Anybody else got any ideas?
First of all, i think you should increase the quality of your photos and the followers will come organically. Just very stupid people will believe this is a real woman.

She has four fingers and all very odd. Bad teeth, very retarded faces.

Disgusting teeth. You said you know the top AI model, your's are nowhere near to them. She could be a hot woman but without these glitches. Plus all your photos very cartoonish like an oil painting.

1) Fanvue and Patreon allow AI models.
2) How did you grow to 600+ instagram followers so quick? It seems like hashtags give very little exposure. Follow/unfollow trigers bans on new accounts. Honestly I'm running out of ideas...

Following... I'm also running an AI model account but mine is just a test as described in my thread below

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/does-instagram-and-twitter-punish-accounts-with-ai-generated-persona.1559763/
My methods of creating content isn't much different from yours but I do all mine locally.

I haven't had any success with mine though but I'm not really bothered because it was meant to be a test and there's alot of things I probably did wrong.

If I was to start all over again I would probably look into:

1. Creating and managing a US based Instagram account (with US number and proxy)
2. Posting from a mobile device (or tweaked emulator) rather than web.
3. Spend more than making more realistic looking images rather than trying to move quickly.
4. Study other accounts and try to replicate their success.
5. Post more frequently (currently 1 post a day).

Here's a link to my model's account

Monetization is definitely the hardest part of managing an AI model account and I would definitely look into this once I figure that out.

I'm also having the same problem monetizing my AI model, my model and patreon in my opinion are fine, the only problem now is getting engagement on instagram, the algorithm is very boring these days.

I'm opting to pay a company to manage the account so that it grows organically, but I haven't found one that's reliable.

How realistic is your model?

very gooooood!!!

I want to do something like that, but I believe that everything is difficult at the beginning, especially the traffic, even more organic, I followed some profiles on IG with this type of promise, but the traffic peaks are very unstable, you can have 200k followers, but Without interest or videos, the audience gets kind of worn out, there may be posts that don't reach 1k likes, even with 200k followers, but without spending anything it should still be a great source of income.

Yep, that's true as I would use Fanvue, but they require ID verification. I haven't had the opportunity to update my ID in my state yet. I did find this site called RiotModels that's really small and unknown that accepted my application. I'm actually building out my Patreon first though because it's more known, so I think I can get customers a lot better on a more reputable site before I start using these other sites. I do wish I could use FanVue though early on, but I will use them in the future once I get my new ID in the future.

That's a very good question on how I gained a lot of followers so quickly. I've hit a little bit of a wall on the growth of my followers lately, but my guess is that I had a few posts that the algorithm favored and it got me organic followers in my first few weeks. I had no idea at the time until a couple of people told me that getting 600+ followers in the first month organically is a lot for a small new account. I think me commenting under other models pages helped too as I might've gotten some simps to follow me.

When it comes to hashtags, I stopped using them after the first few days as I found out they bring in spammers or fake influencers who want to get money from you to bot your videos with unorganic growth. Hashtags definitely don't bring in traffic from what I've heard. I think they did in the beginning, but not now. That's true about follow and unfollow method. I got to a point where I only follow other models and do a few a day, and sometimes a loyal simp or two. The best thing to do is always have a big ratio between people who follow you and people you follow.

Right now, I'm trying to post at least once a day and be consistent with it. I'm also going to start putting a lot of content on my Patreon as well as I'm going to start promoting it this weekend.

I had another business going, but I'm going to shut it down today because it takes like 3-5 hours out of my day and it's taking me away from my two other businesses, or put it on pause to focus more on my AI model business as I'm going to start growing it through YouTube next.

It's very hard to figure out in the beginning, but my guess is do the best you can and never give up on it.

You found my account
Thank you for following and I know exactly who you are as I had no idea you found me through here. You're doing a great job running your channel and keep it going.

It takes a while to grow, but just continue to follow other models and comment as much as you can in their posts to get other simps to follow you.

You definitely probably need a US based Instagram account for sure. You might be able to buy one somewhere if you need it.

That's what I'm doing right now, I'm following this model named Alexis Ivyedge since she has a Patreon account with a good following. She started last spring, so if I can grow organically like she did I might have the same success later this year.

You're right overall, monetization is the hardest part of managing an AI model account. Right now, I wish I had more money to buy a new YouTube account to grow around an AI model. My plan in the future is to hire a couple of pilot models to make long-form videos for me for YouTube and I'll deepfake my model's face onto them and build a fanbase around my YouTube videos and get Patreon subscriptions that way as well.

Dude relax, I'm still new to this and those were my early pictures using software tools that wasn't as good as the ones I'm using now. I'm working on better quality every week, it's not going to happen overnight, especially with AI. Even back then, I still had enough simps drooling over my pics.

Which tool you used to create these AI models?
Good question, I've used a few different tools since I started. When I first started, I used Foocus and MidJourney, but didn't like the quality of the images, so I then went to SeaArt AI.

Now, I use Leonardo AI as I like the PhotoReal feature and I like the better quality that I get from the photos on there.

I'm also using Civitai for my nude pictures, and I want to use Anydream since I like the quality of their pictures as well.

Yeah, same here, it's very tough trying to monetize my AI models as I've fooled enough simps through this point, but the problem is getting them to become paid subscribers. I haven't launched my Patreon just yet, but I don't think that I'm going to get any subscribers just yet, I probably have to grow a lot more first.

Yeah, I noticed that the engagement on Instagram is very problematic, it's very up and downish like YouTube can be. I'm consistently posting, but my engagement is terrible on most of my posts compared to other models.

I'm looking into YouTube as I can get a little revenue money from ads until I can get the subscriber thing right.

I was actually thinking about the same thing is getting somebody to manage the account. I need someone who knows how to convert followers into paid customers, but like you said it's hard to find a reliable one, and I don't have to money to pay anybody yet either.

Do you have subscribers on your Patreon yet?

Yeah, it's tough as I'm starting to think followers don't mean anything because engagement is even a problem on bigger accounts. The algorithm seems problematic on IG, so it seems tough to grow or find followers who are willing to pay for our content. I'm using Patreon to start up, but I haven't launched it yet.

I really want to find a reliable social media app that gives you customers quickly. I was using Reddit, but it's overwhelming and I wasn't getting conversions over there either.

I love your approach to act with AI models and go for it in the long run.
I also just started researching around that.
May I send you some PM? Maybe we can come together when it comes to some paid marketing e.g.

Thank you, sir as I appreciate your comments.

Yeah, this has been something that we're doing for the long haul and not some quick, get rich quick scheme.

I love this business because it's highly scalable and has a lot of potential to provide a livable income down the line, which is something that I'm seeking. Most of the people who have had success in this industry so far have been doing for quite a while.

It's great that you started researching around it as that's pretty much been the story of my first full month of doing this thing is a ton of research and watching videos on YouTube or reading people's experiences in this business, and I've done a lot of research trying to see how OnlyFans models built their businesses up as well.

Yes, please send me a PM as I'd love to talk to you further about marketing. That's my weak point to be honest is the marketing part. I think for people who know how to market, they'll probably see success a lot quicker that I will.

I see that you're new, so you might not be able to send PMs, so I'll send you one coming up.

Yo, that's a really nice job, keep grinding!

I see a few peuple asking how to generate those models. I wouldn't recommend using any online tools, especially paid ones, fuck them. You should try Fooocus (https://github.com/lllyasviel/Fooocus). It's basically an AI image generating tool but localy, so at first you'll have to install it and download some presets (a few GBs), but at least you have no censoship and it's really powerfull. The generation may take some time, depending on your machine, for me it takes 3-4 minutes to generate one image, but my GPU sucks, I have an old GTX 1660 SUPER of 6Gb. You can also input image and do "face swap" so you can use the same face but in different situations, check on YouTube, you have a bunch of videos explaining it.

For instance, the girl below was generated with the exact promt: "young woman with curly blond hair, beautiful and skinny, blue eyes, tall and elegant, wearing a dress"

From here, you have a bunch of options to select the zones you wanna redo (in this case, I'd redo the eyes, they look weird), change the background, the clothes and so on. I think this tool would give you a more realistic model.

try https://www.seaart.ai

bro from heaven, I'm impressed with the quality, but I need to master the prompts

Thanks man as I appreciate it!

Man, that model looks great and she looks real too. I actually used Fooocus before, but it was the first program that I used and I really didn't understand much at the time about generating. I might have to look back into it and reinstall it since you're getting great results like this as my main problem has been mastering prompts as I sometimes still don't get the exact image that I'm looking for as it looks like with the prompt that you used that you got the exact image that you wanted. Do you still get wonky body parts and fingers and stuff? I need something with a good clothes changer too.

Right now, I'm using Leonardo AI and I'm pretty satisfied with it way better than SeaArt AI, but the prompts are still hit or miss though on it. I use Civitai for the NSFW stuff, but I'm really going to look into Fooocus as I got a powerful workstation machine setup that I built. It's not the newest specs, but probably more powerful than most people's systems.

Like I said, I'm going to see how it works for me this time as I'd love to use something where I don't have pay an online subscription on it.

So lately I've been delving into the AI world heavy, especially when it comes to AI models and I've got to say the experience of managing this fake models has been a fun experience so far as it's great to see your girls come alive and take on a life of their own as I act like some sort of an evil genius. LOL!

I just started doing research on this new trend of making AI Instagram Model Influencers maybe two weeks ago and just a few days later started to take action on it by building up and Instagram page for my first model. So far I've got around 130 followers in maybe a 10-day span with organic traffic, so I'm taking the slow route on this one. Then just recently, I've started to slowly market my model on Reddit as I've heard it's a great traffic source to convert paid subs for OnlyFans type models, so we'll see how this goes going forward. I've gotten a little bit creative and I'm using my main model as a talking avatar to market sports betting picks to build up future paid subscribers through there as well. I will use the YouTube channel like I've done with another channel of mines where I've worked with real-life models for video content, so I'll have her doing random stuff on the channel in the future while getting ad-revenue.

I've been doing a lot of research hearing experiences from real OnlyFans models and agencies and all of the ways they got their first few subscribers. I've been amazed with so many of them saying they've gotten paid subs in the first month. I need to get to that point, but I'm still willing to take the slow route and build up organically.

Since I'm using AI models, my experience is a little different because I can't use OnlyFans without a real model as they don't accept AI and a lot of OF alternatives require verification. I've found a creative solution to this and that's to host the business on a paid Discord Server. I'll be sharing free pics on there while managing paywall access to explicit pics of my models and in the future videos. I'm going to use the money that I make from subs to pay for real-life models that I have access to make content for me for this service.

The plan is there but the only problem for me is that I have no money to do any sort of paid marketing or pay anybody to help me run this beginner AI model agency.

I'm not really expecting much in the beginning, but I do need some sort of help and guidance on how to knockout those first few subs. I'd like to end the month of January with as many subscribers as I can get. I don't need like a big number in the first few months, just enough to make close to $1k in the first few months. I know that once I can get those first few subs, it'll avalanche from there.

Like I said before, I just need help on how to convert these first 5-10 to 20 subs because so far the models being AI generated isn't a problem as I'm still getting simps on these free sites either messaging me or making comments and other AI models have had success with getting paid subs. If anybody has had experience in general with OnlyFans type models, not just converting AI models then you're welcome to help. I'll DM anybody who wants to see the pages and Discord to give me further advice there in private. One last thing, if anybody is willing to work for free to start off, I can give a cut of the revenue to anybody who helps bring paid subs into my Discord service.

I plan to utilize Tinder and Bumble.

What's so special about this Patreon? About monetization, I believe that YouTube could be more interesting, at least in the beginning, it goes viral even more, but the tools that change the face in a video are mostly paid, but it must be a good investment, which is annoying in this business These are the limitations, even if paid there are limitations, you cannot make unlimited images... This is important to test the prompts, which I believe is the most complex way to define the model's characteristics, and to be able to maintain the same profile in the long term.
