How do I get Complete Privacy - Domain/Host/PaymentGateway

Hey guys,

I have an idea which might be not so morally great, don't worry, not kiddie porn or anything like that, just something which would be frowned upon in the country I reside in, and also would get shut down by Paypal.

What I'm wondering is, does 'Domain Privacy' cut it? What kind of offshore hosting wouldn't sell me out, and what payment gateway would leave the smallest paper-trail and not with-hold cash.
