yep, just search for the double meta-refresh code which will blank your referrer.

I recently got approved for a few CPA's and I want to know...
1) A lot of the offers say "email only" or "web/search only", How can I get around that?
2) If an offer states "email only" and I put the hyperlink on my blog, how can they track that?
Listen to Caretaker, he's giving you great advice (for free).
Judging by your questions, it seems as if you have a fundamental lack of knowledge on how affiliate marketing works. You need to educate yourself on how CPA networks track your leads/commissions. Once you know that you'll know what checks you will need to do in order to fly below the radar.
Do a search for "Referrer Blanking/Blocking" and for "Double Meta Refresh"
