    Check whether fan is working
Remove the ram and clean it and put it back, then try.
Make sure the power cable has correct power supply.
Make sure light is glowing in the mother board.
Make sure smps is working properly.

Things I always did when in this situation.

    1. Check all ram properly slotted in.
    2. Check battery, if possible take out and put back again. I did replaced a new batt and it solved the similar problem like yours.
    3. Reset jumper, do this if u know what I am talking about.
    4. Check all buttons on keyboard, sometime a certain button being pressed can caused weird thing to happen and it did to me too.

    Good Luck!

You obviously don't know much about computers, so take it to someone else who specializes in that kind of thing.

take out battery on motherboard and wait for 2 minutes then put it back, it will turn on.
i think you do not have a signal speaker on motherboard.
    Added you on skype.

I'm sure it's a cable problem, unless you did something to ruin your hardware.

If it's a hardware problem, it's because of RAM most of all.

Open it and see if lights on motherboard are on, if so, it means power supply box is OK.

Check HDD cables (they often fall off), it won't start unless it's plugged in.

Check if it's clean enough, if you have tons of dust on the cooler of processor, it may get too hot and it won't start.

There are many other variations, hope you fix it soon )

Are the fans working? Meaning, the CPU/PSU or GPU fans. If they're not spinning, the PSU is dead/wrong voltage. It does not matter if there are lights on the mobo or not - it's not a status indicator of the condition of the PSU.

PSU, fan, RAM - I would check in that order, unplug first. I've had about 10 million PCs, most of them lost their PSUs first, then many had their fans not spinning, then comes RAM, video card, etc. anything that could go faulty or is not properly pushed in. Good luck

Sounds like power supply is not supplying enough voltage for the motherboard to boot. Swap it out for a test, if still doesn't kick on there could be a dead component on the board. If it gives you many beeps there is hardware problem. What is the make of the mother board and how many beeps is it making? Depending on the duration and number of the beeps you can contact the company with this info and they can tell you what the error code is.

Error Noises, Beeps, whatever you want to call them they can indicate what is going with the motherboard because he stated this :"Tryed.
But the thing is I see its lights and sound."
