Assuming you're posting in the youtube section because you've already looked on youtube for the vids - I'd try searching with different search engines, never know what you'll come across. Look for torrents especially, type whatever you are looking for into the search bar and add the word torrent after it.
When tacopalypse said he pulled it out of his ass lol, that was exactly what I was looking for "cult tv shows"
I'd say, honestly, asking on the general forum of different message boards might not be a bad way to get an idea. Of course, perfecting it will take putting it into action, but I think even a topic like this will get you some good directions. My first thought was Ron Howard's "Arrested Development." I think it went off the air in like 2005, and it didn't seem to draw its cult following until after it left the air. Thus far, the only thing I know of that has tapped into that much has been the seasons on DVD. I don't think anyone else has marketed that situation. It's probably not the largest following, but I've never met a person who has seen the show that wasn't practically rabid about it and quoting it all the time. Every fan I know seems to be pretty avid, and I could see each one of them blowing some dough on something related to it.
