How do I find the YouTube channel owner email address?

I think no such way exists. You can get the email from their channel's description only if they have mentioned.
 
There are many methods:
Easiest - About page if the owner listed his/her email.
Search for channel name on Google and find his/her personal/social page.
Harder is through Brand accounts and the old Google Plus (for older channels, before 2021)
Other harder method is from CMS/Content Manager, where you can see e-mails for created assets.
You can also ask YouTube support. They can give you e-mail of channel owner, if you provide them with good enough reason for this.

unless they share it or there is any type of leak or maybe they show it by accident you know if from them besides that is really hard to know, they will hide that email from anyone to keep it safe.

If you're not looking to get the emails of mass channels owners, you can find it on the description or click about and resolve a simple captcha.
 
If you’re trying to get in touch with a YouTube channel owner, check the "About" section on their channel first. Sometimes they list an email there for business inquiries. If you don’t see it, try looking at their social media profiles—they might have their email listed there or a contact form. That’s how I found a few contacts in the past.
 
I don't think such a method exists. You can only find the email in their channel description if they've included it.
