    Hi guys,

I have been looking at endlessrise.com as they are SEO resellers. I am waiting to get accepted to see their prices, but since I have no idea what their prices are like - does anyone know where I can hire a full time worker to do some SEO work for me?

I hear the Philippines have cheaper labour, but they are good at SEO?

    Anyone have any experience?

If you know what kind of SEO work you want done, I would suggest going to odesk. You can post jobs, people will compete on price, and you can compare past reviews from their previous employers. Grab one person for each task, such as blog commenting, article marketing, video marketing, article to video, directories, etc.

If you don't know the SEO work you want done, look in the services section. I think I saw someone post an ad for hiring through them. Prices were $350-450/m for full time. Good luck.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for that!

Well, part of the problem is I am not some absolute guru at SEO. I know how to do on page seo and optimising the keywords in the content on page. I also know about link building and so on, but I mean, IF I hired them - or let's say, YOU hired them - what would you ask them to do, all day, every day?

    - blog commenting on related blogs
    - social bookmarking
    - profiles on high pr sites
    - find one-way links to buy for cheap

I would want to have a weekly report, so I know he is working naturally on it and not once a month for 2 days, which looks very unnatural, and isn't so effective.

But furthermore you have to choose, do you want 1 person who will be doing everything, and knows his stuff?

Or do you want to hire for each task one guy? *Includes more deep knowledge into SEO from you.

It really depends on your site and it's up to you to put a good plan together, but I'm sure all of us on here can help. It can be hard to know how your money is best going to be spent.

    Well,

I am trying out the offline sector. I already have one website which is on page one, ranking about 5. There is low competition, but I want to get some other sites up and running as well.

I was just considering hiring someone to try and get me ranking number 1 or number 2 and see how it goes, I could definitely use someone like that - but like you guys said, I just want to be sure that they are working on it. Weekly reports sounds like a decent idea, even daily reports - I mean, they are getting paid, right?

I'd rather get one guy to do it all for now, as I don't want to invest that type of money ($400 a month for a couple of different people) until I can see some sort of ROI on the initial $400 I spend to hire one.

I will check out all the links posted a bit later when I have some time, thanks a lot for the help so far!

Again just do whatever is going to give you the best bang for your buck. It all depends on your strategy and your goals.

And just do your due diligence because people charging that amount know how to do the grunt work but they tend to not know what's actually beneficial. You have to hold their hand.

I have two full time SEO workers working for me...I pay them $350 and $400 a month. I found them on BestJobs.ph, and then just interviewed a few. Had to fire a few first, but now I'm really happy with them.

Then I sell SEO packages for clients, they pay several thousand for them, I make money. When they have time over, they work on my own portfolio.

    Hi Krzysiekz,

better pay somebody $50 to create a SEO plan for you.

If one of the pro will have some spare time they will list all details and services to buy from BHW so you can do it yourself and save some heavy $$$.

You can try to inquire directly to BigBuddy - I am sure he will come out with something for you.

    Good Luck mate!

Nice! And they have no problem understanding the concepts of SEO and doing the work (did you have to teach them a lot?)

Do you do something similar like me where you get a site ranking then rent it out, or do you just purely sell SEO services for a client?

    Hi, thanks for your reply!

You're probably right about the SEO plan, but someone gave some good tips above on the basics of what needs to be done, so from that I could probably draw out a good/decent plan for what they should be doing every day!

How competitive is your niche? I would do it for a month for $400 I'm British also. I won't be working 9-5 like a clown though, but that doesn't mean I can't rank your site haha.
