How do you define primary/secondary/tertiary anchor text? Just mix LSI kws with generics with keeping exact match to less than 10%.

How do you come up with LSI's if you don't know your primary/secondary keyword?

Let's say your LSI is best blue widgets in 2014. Your secondary keyword will be best blue widgets and the blue widgets for primary.

Oh ok. I come up with my lsi using keyword planner and looking at the related searches at the bottom of google. I thought it was that but just wanted to make sure. Thanks for the example :)
