You need to be a member for 60 days, have at least 100 posts and upgrade to the Jr. VIP membership ($97). You will then be eligible to sell, I know because I recently asked on here.

You need to follow the process to becoming a seller on here - its well worth the wait as there is a lot of traffic here and a serious amount of money can be made if you have a good service to offer.

Having said that though you do need to get to know everyone here and build up a reputation before you can sell - even if there were no actual restrictions you need to gain some trust for your services before buyers will commit to you.

As said above, start by looking in the hire a freelancer section.
