Look up my posts/threads about backupbuddy. Install it, make a backup and restore it in your new domain. But you have to build up the new domains/sites from the backup of the other site. all your posts and every plugin will be restored from the other domain to the new, you will have to only customize the site, the plugins will be already functioning.

Why not copy them to your new sites via ftp?

Ye, just copy them to the new sites and activate them. However, any configuration will be lost as it is stored in the DB.

Download it via ftp from the plugins folder on one site and upload it via ftp to your plugins folder in the other site.

FTP! I use filezilla, but there are plenty of others out there to use too...

Also, not to be smart or overstate the obvious, but if its a plugin you can pull from wordpress directly, just install it to your new site from there. I'm guessing this is a custom plugin you got from elsewhere though...

the big hosting companies have some kind of file manager... you can copy straight from your webserver so wait time is 0. (when comparing to FTP method)
