A person on my instagram personal posted a video but I can't save it, any way how to save it? I tried dredownload and stuff and not working, there page is private but I follow them

Try SaveFrom.net for chrome or ImageDownloader also for chrome.

just look at it in your browser, view source, and search for .mp4 to find the url of the actual video
