Can anybody give me a direct tutorial and easy guide to cracking WEP. I'm doing some testing.

I'll pay somebody if I'm successful. Im having trouble doing it. Kismet is to confusing to even install

Download backtrack Version 3, then head over to the backtrack forums and read one of the stickies that have a step by step guide on it.
