[SUP]How do I contact owner of "Private Registered" Domain without paying fee?
I would like to contact the owner of a Domain that has a "Private Registration" & I have no desire to know who they are. They can remain anonymous. I do not want to invade their privacy. The registrar charges a "fee" up front to do this, which I would rather not pay. Besides the Registrar can play games & there is no reason to get the Registrar involved.
There is no site. The domain is parked & if you enter the address you get the Registrar's "Parked" page telling you "Learn how you can get this domain.".
Looking forward to all of your advice & input.

You cannot directly contact the owner without the involvement of the registrar.

Most domain parking companies ( like sedo, namedrive etc. ) aren't registars themselves - you register domain elsewhere and just point DNS records to their nameservers.

    Send an email to admin@domain - info@domain - administrator@domain - support@domain - contact@domain etc etc and hope one of them lands.

The registrar is GoDaddy, so it is covered by Domains By Proxy.

Is there a directory that lists which domain parking companies aren't parking companies themselves?
What is a good method to find this out?

A friend who is very active in Social Media & rankings offered to post inquiries everywhere - FaceBook, Bulletin Boards, Search Engines, etc. I declined since it could stir up an interest in this domain & raise it's value. Also, w/ this visibility people could end up buying the available Domains & leave me w/ nothing.

I'm not GoDaddy customer, but i'm using privacy protection from namecheap for my domains and here's quote from my panel:
"Currently, (random numbers here).protect@whoisguard.com forwards to (my real e-mail address). You can choose a different email address where the whoisguard emails are forwarded to." and I'm receiving all mails sent to my whois contact information this way - i think GoDaddy works similar - worth checking out, it's not like you're paying for post stamps while sending e-mails...
