How do I collect URLs from my own blog ?

There has to be an easier way than scraping my own site to get these. Im running an autoblog and would like to collect these to run through an RSS mixer and blend with other URLs for indexing. RSS only shows a small amount of URLs for newer content. Any help would be appreciated
