I'm assuming most of you know about google being harsh against people promoting affiliate offers in there adwords program. What is the best way to cloak a link, so G doesn't realise your promoting an the offer?

Is there any scripts out there that can throw off the google spiders so they don't associate the affiliate site with my own site? Like a loading page or something that removes traces of my site linking to to offer?

The link bellow is how to fake the referrer, but would that get rid G?
    Code:
    http://www.contentgeneration.org/how-to-fake-a-browser-referrer-for-blackhat-cpa/

I could Add "no follow".. but I really don't think that's enough, G are smarter than that and they don't like aff offers.

Any stories, or experience with this would be appreciated.
