This seems like it should be very easy but all the tools and services that I find dont seem to do the trick!
I would also like to check what keywords appear most on my site - what tool can I use for this?

    Hi

SEO Quake Add On for firefox is best to check your page rank, cache data, index, yahoo, bing and many things are there. You have to just search "seoquake add on firefox". You have to select preferences and you will get everything of your need just from a tool.

You can also use Google toolbar but it gives few results whereas seoquake has broad areas of seo results.
