Didn't really know where the proper place to post this was so i figured the lounge would work 
Need a little help understanding linking strategies. I have been studying this topic for a while now and think I have figured it out. Please tell me if i've got the right idea or if I screwed this all up. I wan't to test this on my amazon affiliate ecommerce store.
1st tier Pointing to my site: 60 High Pr6-9 profiles (page is 0 though), few edu and gov links, social networks including twitter-reddit-pinterest-google+-FB fanpage drip fed likes-tumblr, squidoo lens, hubpages, blogger article, video submitted on 40 sites
2nd tier Pointing to the above So then I would add social bookmarks to the videosites and various others, add bulk black hat backlink pyramid built in SEnukeX to most of the links in tier 1, I would also have my social networks on this tier sharing amongst the other social networks. For ex. I would share directly from the site to FB then from FB to twitter, pinterest Google+. And change it up.
Now the third tier is where I get lost. What should I use for ping and how should I use a PING? And what could I put on the third tier? I've used this method to rank a dermatologist in Brazil. Without a 3rd tier and it worked great but his domain was aged and he was already at the bottom of the first page. Now after a month all of his social networks and his site are dominating the top of the first page in Google. Is this method safe for the future? The sources i use are very solid. I want to use this for my site but it's not even noticed in Google search and it's only 3 months old. FYI All I've done so far is built backlinks through my social networks. Pinterest and Reddit are my biggest sharers/traffic drivers.
