    I dont have a reset URL for my router.

    I have to click a button connect/disconnect.

    So I have to sit there and click this button everytime I want to change my IP.

    So when posting I cant let my bot do it for me as it needs an url to disconnect and connect.

    What could be a solution for this as I dont want to sit by computer for a few hours while I post.

    Integrate a macro via Firefox or chrome ??

    you can use wget!

    I'm actually using it with a batch script I made for my netgear router!

    - 1st you have to know what's the URL to reboot/disconnect it
    - 2nd download wget (from here
    Code:
    http://users.ugent.be/~bpuype/wget/
    )
    - 3rd create your script...this is mine:

    Code:
    @ECHO ON

    c:\wget.exe wget "http://192.168.0.1/setup.cgi?next_file=diag.htm&todo=reboot" --http-user=admin --http-passwd=YOURPASSWORD
    c:\wget.exe wget "http://192.168.0.1/setup.cgi?next_file=diag.htm&todo=reboot" --http-user=admin --http-passwd=YOURPASSWORD
    :LoopStart

    TIMEOUT 30

    ping www.google.it

    if %errorlevel%==1 (

    GOTO LoopStart

    )
    else
    (

    exit

    )

    :LoopEnd
    you can open up notepad, paste it, change what you need (router address, user, password, and wget.exe path) and save with extension .bat

    This script will do web login, call the page for reboot and check until DSL connection is ok (by pinging google), after this it will close.

    So you can tell your software to call this script and wait 'till it finish!

    If you like this please say thanks!

    EDIT: Sorry, I don't read the 1st line where you tell you don't have a reset URL.
    I will leave this post here maybe it it will helpfull for other one searching a way to restart it.
