im not talking about adding a watermark where when you put your mouse over it and your not subscribed it lets you subscribe, im talking about your actual channel name for example
    this video
you see how it says TwinsTV in white in bigger letters and then it has a twinztv in smaller black letters, i know the smaller logo is a water mark, im talking about the bigger white letters that says Twinztv, what is the exact name of that? its not a watermark what is it called exactly? and how do i add it to all my videos? is that done in the editing software? or where?

    please help

That is a watermark added to the video itself, not a YouTube feature. You can use After Effects, Sony Vegas or any other free editing software.
