And you can even get products priced $0.99 being shipped to US or UK (and other countries) for free. How do they manage this? These usually take 10-20 days to reach my address.

Ive wondered this as well. I first thought maybe they were losing money to gain feedback but most of these sellers are powersellers and have no need for feedback.

Their products are so cheap, that manufacturers pay them just to get rid of them.

I wondered this as well. My thoughts are that they manufacture the product for nothing, and they get country postal discounts? Something like open and distribute, where they ship to a major bulk postal facility, DMSC and the large quantities that got shipped together is opened at the US Postal hub, then gets distributed? They have to get quantity co-oped? discounts. Sort of like the co mingle bulk mail here in US.

I did a few searches, and this is almost how they work. Still it's too damn cheap - similar system within Australia or UK (for domestic shipments) costs more than $1 (equivalent), in most cases.

shipping with China post (14-21 days) costs about 50p for a small/light product (if your shipping agent has a good discount)
