How do good affiliates promote the top diabetes offers on CB? (Diabetes Destroyer, Big Diabetes Lie)

From using spytools it seems most of their traffic comes from native, have tried mimicking top performing ad copy and landers, also direct linking, having trouble figuring out how to make a profit.

I'm starting to think to get into the black you need to capture their email, use a lander with a remarketing pixel and if you have a decent funnel you can be profitable a week or so after you pay for the traffic.

But then I see people cloaking on bing for keywords that cost over a $1 and they somehow make money direct linking. My conversion rates would need to be almost 10x higher to afford over $1 a click.

Anyone with any insights into the best ways to promote these?

Man, I'm on the same boat as you, tryna figure this out as well for " The Big Diabetes Lie". I also saw on content.ad most of the traffic for this offer is coming from. Also tried but cant make it profitable and also you have to factor in refunds and the payout it not fixed, up-sells for this offer is weak so its quiet amazing how others are making it work with a low payout product like this. On bing diabetes related keywords are $2 + cpc. But I suspect with bing, guys are using coupons.
