Does the referrer need to be that of an email client? Suppose I put up ads on classified sites and email the people that respond a cloaked link to the offer, will the CPA network track this lead as having come from an email? Or do the CPA networks only want leads from targeted email lists?

I haven't had any problems with them, just double meta refresh seems to do the trick

I suspect that they would ask how you are mailing and example of one of your mailings. But I don't know. I'm just guessing.
