I was wondering when bidding on keywords for search like Adwords. How do the CPA networks find out what terms your bidding on?

I have my link cloaked through 2 URLS right now so i'm still wondering how they know i'm doing it?

I have my link cloaked twice though. It is weird how they still find out.

There's a service out there called thesearchmonitor. Most big name places that don't want you bidding on their terms use them or a similar service. As soon as this curls the web for their trademark and sees someone bidding on it, it will take a screenshot, and send the link to the people who own the account.

It's not worth it if you want to create a good relationship with the network

There are a few sites out there that can track that information.
Depending on the network, they can see where all referring traffic is coming from. Just depends on the backend they have built.
Semrush will also mention some keyword stuff. Have a good relationship with your account manager and they are more likely to help you our and answer your questions!

So what if you sent the traffic that you trademark bidded on to a landing page first? Then they had to click to an offer. Would the network still know if it was bid on or not?

I already answered this once in this thread. It has nothing to do with the NETWORK. It is 100% about the ADVERTISER. Big companies, for example slim fast, nutrisystem, etc. pay for a service like thesearchmonitor to monitor ads on Bing and Google. Once the ad is live, and thesearchmonitor finds their trademark being infringed upon, it will send a screenshot of it and the link to the trademark owner. The trademark owner then goes to the network and either removes their offer all together, or asks that you be removed from their offer.
