Just new getting into instagram and I hear about accounts on here having like 6000 real followers while running fake CPA offers. How is that possible? Like wouldn't a bunch of people just report once they seen the survey? Then a bunch of others report after filling out the survey and finding out its fake?

Some report those accs, others don't. Those kind of accs come and go. Although if you're able to find some not so scammy-looking offer, you have a better chance to last a little bit longer.

Ok I gotcha. Maybe instagram is just more lenient too.

I remember posting YT videos with REAL downloads and getting my whole channel like immediately shutdown and terminated after a couple days (without getting barely any traffic). But maybe its just because I suck at landing pages

Instagram is not at all lenient. Some reasons for those account being still alive could be :

    > It is being manually operated and not automated.
    > It is using a cloaker on domain
    > Followers are being transferred from other spammy accounts to this single account and then to landing page.
