I think 1 month is safe to rank on search engine and it depends on the age of your site, the older the better.

Would be eas to rank for but 1k searches /month is too low.

Depends on the niche.

But it probably is too low if the emd was available and all...

That stat for me is moderately easy. Takes some effort to rank well.

Looks like an easy one, however the search stats are a bit low.
