He is an old web marketer who lost the fame (if he got it once). Not sure why you posted "LOL" in the OP but if it's about his name "Bigot" then there is nothing to laugh about, it's a popular name in his country and means nothing related to "bigot-bigotry"

You don't need to be president to get a verified badge, not even need to be "famous"
