I was thinking of getting some videos from video websites to watermark them with my own link and put back on there with different tittle and description.
I'd like to know if this will get me banned or sued from the owner of the video?

    thanks

Banned, maybe but that is easy enough to get around so don't let that stop you.

Sued, probably not. It is more likely that they would have you hit with a cease and desist way before suing you.

If you are smart, you are not using an OBY (owned by you) web property
to monetize ...so that means it's a free blog/site ...so that means it could
    be disabled at an second.

Then you have all that traffic going NOWHERE

So much easier to not brand the video and instead put a real link on the vid
with theYouTube tools and change it when needed.
