So you mean if they didn't fill out the offer the first time?
Cookies are normally placed to last a while anyway.
no not the first time,i didn't promote any offer yet, i only asked how it works, i share some free stuff, i have my locker tested, i go with incent, and there are not many incent offers, the traffic is mostly international, i share 2 times a day something, i got only one international incent offer, so the 1 person if completes the same offer 2 times in one day will be counted?
